【摘要】:深水脐带缆四履带张紧器是用于脐带缆铺设的重要设备,是脐带缆安装系统的核心部分,其主要作用是夹持缆线,并能在铺设过程中以一定的速度恒张力均匀收、放缆线。该课题隶属于中海石油深海开发有限公司的《脐带缆安装系统关键部件(张紧器)研制》研究项目,目的在于开发研究一种具有自主知识产权的海洋铺缆船用张紧器。本论文的主要研究对象是四履带张紧器结构设计与关键技术,包括机械结构总体方案与详细零部件设计、液压与控制系统方案和陆地试验方案。 首先,论文介绍了国内外柔性管道张紧器的发展概况与技术现状,并根据脐带缆安装系统和四履带张紧器的设计要求与制造标准,确定了履带系统总成的关键设计参数,提出了深水脐带缆四履带张紧器的总体设计方案。 其次,论文对深水脐带缆四履带张紧器关键零部件进行了详细结构设计,主要包括密封式链轨节总成与履带靴、支重轮、托链轮、驱动轮总成、引导轮总成、悬挂系统、履带箱梁、主内外框架和角度调整底座。 然后,论文通过对四履带张紧器的受力情况进行分析,借助理论分析计算和有限元分析软件,对主要承载零部件进行了力学分析与强度校核,并对履带总成系统进行了动力学仿真分析,,验证结构设计的正确性与可靠性。 最后,论文确定了四履带张紧器的液压系统与电气控制系统及陆地试验方案。液压系统包括液压系统原理图、液压系统元件的主要参数和液压缸及液压泵选型;电气控制系统包括电气控制系统总体方案、各功能执行模块和电机设计选型;陆地试验方案包括设备检查、功能试验和静拉力试验。
[Abstract]:The four-track tensioner of deep water umbilical cord cable is an important equipment for cord laying and the core part of the cord installation system. Its main function is to hold the cable, and can evenly collect and release the cable at a certain speed and constant tension during the laying process. This subject belongs to the research project of the key component (tensioner) of the cord installation system of CNOOC Deepwater Development Co. Ltd. The purpose of which is to develop a kind of marine cable tensioner with independent intellectual property rights. The main research object of this paper is the structure design and key technology of four-track tensioner, including the overall scheme of mechanical structure and detailed parts design, hydraulic and control system scheme and land test scheme. Firstly, the paper introduces the development and technology of flexible pipeline tensioner at home and abroad, and according to the design requirements and manufacturing standards of cord cable installation system and four-track tensioner, the key design parameters of crawler system assembly are determined. The overall design scheme of four-track tensioner for deep-water umbilical cord cable is presented. Secondly, the paper designs the key parts of the four-track tensioner of deep-water umbilical cord in detail, mainly including the sealed chain rail link assembly and crawler boot, support wheel, sprocket wheel, drive wheel assembly, guide wheel assembly, suspension system, etc. Caterpillar box girder, main inside and outside frame and angle adjustment base. Then, through the analysis of the stress of the four-track tensioner, with the aid of theoretical analysis and finite element analysis software, the mechanical analysis and strength check of the main load-bearing parts are carried out. The dynamic simulation analysis of the track assembly system is carried out to verify the correctness and reliability of the structure design. Finally, the hydraulic system and electrical control system of the four-track tensioner and the land test scheme are determined. The hydraulic system includes the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system, the main parameters of the hydraulic system components and the selection of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pump, the electrical control system includes the overall scheme of the electrical control system, each functional execution module and the type selection of the motor design. The terrestrial test plan includes equipment inspection, function test and static tension test.
