制订民族文艺政策刍议

【摘要】：民族文艺事业是促进民族地区社会全面和谐发展的重要事业,民族文艺战线是维护边疆社会稳定的重要战线,民族文艺政策也将是促进民族地区安定团结的重要保障。本文认为民族文艺政策的确立应以民族区域自治为基础,制订中国民族文化多样性保护战略与行动计划,建立民族文艺知识产权保护制度与惠益分享机制,制订民族地区文艺事业发展的具体实施办法和民族地区新农村建设文艺事业指标体系。
[Abstract]:The cause of national literature and art is an important cause to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of the society in minority areas, the national literature and art front is an important front to maintain the social stability of the frontier area, and the national literature and art policy will also be an important guarantee for promoting stability and unity in the minority areas. This paper holds that the establishment of national literature and art policy should be based on regional autonomy of ethnic minorities, formulate strategies and action plans for the protection of national cultural diversity in China, and establish the system of intellectual property protection and benefit-sharing mechanism of national literature and art. To formulate the specific implementation measures for the development of literary and artistic undertakings in ethnic minority areas and the indicator system for the construction of literary and artistic undertakings in new rural areas of ethnic minority areas.
