茶企知识产权战略及其法律保障体系研究

【摘要】：我国是世界上茶叶种植历史最悠久的国家,经过长期发展,在我国已经形成了从茶叶生产到加工、制作营销的体系化产业链。在茶叶企业现代化建设背景下,我们必须对其整个经营过程中对涉及到法律方面的问题进行有效梳理,通过完善相应应对机制,从而为茶叶企业现代运营提供帮助。本文拟从当前茶叶企业经营发展优势及问题分析入手,结合茶叶企业知识产权战略及法律保障机制建设状况及存在的问题,依据实施这一战略的意义和价值,从而深层次探析茶企知识产权战略应用及其法律保障体系构建的具体思路。
[Abstract]:China has a long history of tea planting in the world. After a long period of development, our country has formed a systematic industrial chain from tea production to processing and marketing. Under the background of the modernization of tea enterprises, we must effectively comb the problems involved in the law and through the whole process of management. Based on the advantages and problems of tea enterprises' operation and development, this paper, based on the analysis of the advantages and problems of the current management and development of tea enterprises, combined with the situation and existing problems of the intellectual property strategy and the legal guarantee mechanism of tea enterprises, based on the significance and value of implementing this strategy, thus deeply explores the knowledge of tea enterprises. Specific ideas on the application of intellectual property strategy and the construction of legal guarantee system.
