【摘要】：从热切割应用较广的四种加工工艺:氧气切割、等离子弧切割、激光切割、水射流切割论述了国内热切割行业的发展现状,分析了行业发展的主要趋势。针对国内热切割行业发展的现状及趋势,提出了现阶段国内热切割行业存在的问题,提出实现国内热切割行业提质升级,应加大基础学科建设、基础领域研究,强化基础能力,增加核心基础零部件及高技术附加值产品的研发投入,加强产品质量监管,注重原始创新、加大知识产权保护力度。应以"中国制造2025"为抓手推动行业提质升级,坚决淘汰倒退、落后的产品和技术,加快新旧动能转换,促进国内热切割行业向中高端发展。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development status of domestic thermal cutting industry and analyzes the main development trend from four processing technologies: oxygen cutting, plasma arc cutting, laser cutting and water jet cutting. In view of the present situation and trend of domestic thermal cutting industry, this paper puts forward the problems existing in domestic thermal cutting industry at present, and points out that in order to realize the upgrading of domestic thermal cutting industry, we should strengthen the construction of basic disciplines, the research of basic fields and the strengthening of basic capability. We should increase R & D investment in core basic components and high technology value-added products, strengthen product quality supervision, pay attention to original innovation and strengthen intellectual property protection. "made in China 2025" should be taken as the starting point to promote the upgrading of the industry, resolutely eliminate retrogression, backward products and technologies, speed up the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, and promote the domestic thermal cutting industry to the high-end development.
