【摘要】：本商业计划书的使用对象为潜在合作伙伴S集团，目的是使S集团与SCUT达成合作意向。因此，本文在国家、行业相关资料和市场调查的基础上，首先运用PEST模型、波特竞争模型等方法，，通过分析FBE水体有机生态调节剂项目的宏观环境和行业环境，行业环境包括水产养殖业和水质调节剂行业，得出本项目符合国家关于水产健康、生态养殖的政策，符合人们食品消费升级的要求，符合提升我国水产品出口竞争力的需要，市场需求较大，发展前景较好，但是水产养殖业及水质调节剂行业存在的诸多问题，已经不适应宏观环境和行业未来发展的需求，这种差距正是FBE水体有机生态调节项目的市场机会。其次，具体分析该项目的市场需求容量和需求差异，运用SWOT分析法对项目的优劣势以及机会与威胁进行分析，本项目具有技术领先、经济效益明显、知识产权保护等方面的优势；再次，通过上述论证和分析基础上，本项目选择国内一家大型水产品加工和出口贸易企业S集团作为项目合作者和实施者，并提出项目适宜的“公司+基地+农户”商业模式，减少FBE水体有机生态调节剂进入市场的障碍，项目竞争优势明显；最后对项目的经济效益、社会效益等方面分析，利用定性和定量法对项目进行风险评估，并提出了相应的防范措施。本论文最终得出FBE水体有机生态调节剂项目发展前景好，项目实施定位准确、商业模式适宜，经济效益和社会效益显著，项目风险可控，本项目与S集团合作的可行性强。
[Abstract]:This business plan is intended for potential partners, S Group, and SCUT. Therefore, on the basis of the relevant information and market investigation of the country and industry, this paper first uses pest model, Porter competition model and other methods to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of the organic ecological regulator project in FBE water body. The industry environment includes aquaculture industry and water quality regulator industry. It is concluded that the project conforms to the national policy on aquatic health and ecological culture, meets the requirements of people's food consumption upgrading, and meets the need to enhance the competitiveness of aquatic products export in China. The market demand is large and the prospects for development are good. However, many problems in the aquaculture and water quality regulator industries have not been adapted to the needs of the macro environment and the future development of the industry. This gap is the market opportunity of FBE organic ecological regulation project. Secondly, the market demand capacity and demand difference of the project are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the project are analyzed by SWOT analysis. Thirdly, on the basis of the above demonstration and analysis, the project chooses S Group, a large domestic aquatic product processing and export trade enterprise, as the project partner and implementer. The suitable commercial model of "company base farmer" is put forward to reduce the barriers of FBE water organic ecological regulator to enter the market, and the competitive advantage of the project is obvious. Finally, the economic and social benefits of the project are analyzed. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the risk of the project, and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward. This paper finally draws the conclusion that the FBE water organic ecological regulator project has a good development prospect, accurate implementation orientation, suitable business model, significant economic and social benefits, controllable project risk, the feasibility of this project and S group cooperation is strong.
