户用智能供暖温度控制器自动测试系统的研究与开发

【摘要】:近年来,国家大力提倡建立“资源节约型、环境友好型”社会理念,因而在我国北方,其家用供暖系统采用户用智能温度控制器的越来越多。但在使用过程中,控制器产品的生产质量和控制性能的好坏,会直接影响到资源效率的利用率和用户的经济利益。因此,为了适应户用智能供暖温度控制器批量生产的要求,在出厂前必须针对控制器的控制效果以及老化性能等进行严格的测试,以保证各项性能指标能够符合国内外相关技术标准和技术要求。 传统的温度控制器测试系统大都结构简单,功能单一,主要以手动测试和半自动测试方式为主,测试效率低,且难以保证其测试质量。在当今企业转型升级过程中,迫切需要开发出一套测试模式清晰、测试操作方便并能进行数据分析的温度控制器自动测试系统,用于对批量生产后的户用智能供暖温度控制器进行综合检测,以保证户用智能供暖温度控制器工作时的运行可靠性与准确性。 本文在分析供暖温度控制器发展现状和控制器测试系统基本概念的基础上,对供暖温度控制器的硬件结构功能、测试类型、测试方法以及测试目标等进行了研究。然后,提出了其自动测试系统的总体设计方案并进行研发,研究内容包括系统需求分析、硬件系统构成以及软件编程等内容,主要完成的工作有如下三个方面: 1.提出了户用智能供暖温度控制器自动测试系统的总体设计方案,包括系统构成、测试体系、硬软件组成; 2.提出了户用智能供暖温度控制器自动测试系统硬件部分的设计与实现方案,主要包含接口电路及各个子系统的硬件设计与实现; 3.设计并开发了户用智能供暖温度控制器自动测试系统接口通信软件与测试系统上位机全套软件。 为了验证所开发的户用智能供暖温度控制器自动测试系统可行性,本文在实验室构建了一个模拟供暖环境,对我们所开发的具有完全自主知识产权的户用智能供暖温度控制器产品进行了实际测试运行和分析。运行结果表明,该测试系统可以根据用户任意时间段的需求进行随机测试模式测试和出厂前的大纲测试模式测试。测试数据分析结果还表明,该户用智能供暖温度控制器自动测试系统能完全满足户用智能温度控制器的测试要求,达到了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country strongly advocated the establishment of "resource-saving, environment-friendly" social concept, so in the north of China, the household heating system using intelligent temperature controller more and more. But in the process of using, the production quality and control performance of controller will directly affect the utilization of resource efficiency and the economic benefits of users. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of mass production of the intelligent heating temperature controller for household use, the control effect and aging performance of the controller must be strictly tested before leaving the factory. To ensure that the performance indicators can meet the relevant technical standards and technical requirements at home and abroad. Most of the traditional temperature controller test systems are simple in structure and single in function. The main methods are manual test and semi-automatic test. The test efficiency is low and the quality of the test is difficult to guarantee. In the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading, it is urgent to develop an automatic test system of temperature controller with clear test mode, convenient test operation and data analysis. It is used to test the indoor intelligent heating temperature controller after batch production, so as to ensure the operation reliability and accuracy of the household intelligent heating temperature controller. Based on the analysis of the development of the heating temperature controller and the basic concept of the controller test system, this paper studies the hardware structure function, test type, test method and test target of the heating temperature controller. Then, the overall design scheme of the automatic test system is put forward and developed. The research content includes system requirement analysis, hardware system structure and software programming. The main work is as follows: 1. The overall design scheme of the automatic test system for indoor intelligent heating temperature controller is put forward, including system composition, test system, hardware and software composition; 2. This paper presents the design and implementation of the hardware part of the automatic test system of the intelligent heating temperature controller for the household, which mainly includes the interface circuit and the hardware design and implementation of each subsystem. 3. The interface communication software of home intelligent heating temperature controller automatic test system and the whole software of the upper computer of the test system are designed and developed. In order to verify the feasibility of the automatic test system of the intelligent household heating temperature controller, a simulated heating environment is constructed in this paper. The domestic intelligent heating temperature controller with completely independent intellectual property is tested and analyzed. The running results show that the test system can carry out random test mode test and outline test mode test before production according to the requirements of users in any time period. The results of test data analysis also show that the automatic test system of the household intelligent heating temperature controller can fully meet the test requirements of the household intelligent temperature controller and achieve the desired results.
