【摘要】:当今企业大量的关键机密信息文件分布存放于员工的终端电脑,随着笔记本电脑、移动存储的普及,以及互联网应用的发展,企业越来越关注自有知识产权的保护和内部重要文档的安全问题。一旦这些信息数据丢失或损坏,将造成难以估量的损失。企业采用数据备份系统备份重要的数据是解决数据损坏和丢失的唯一可行的解决方案。 对现有数据自动备份系统基本原理和系统结构进行了分析,并对与实现数据自动备份系统相关的一些重要技术进行了深入研究。研究了数据备份系统的业务流程,设计了数据自动备份和共享的系统的总体结构。 设计并实现了一种数据自动安全备份及共享的网盘系统,它在远程建立数据备份中心并通过Internet将数据备份到远程服务器,同时改进了数据存储和数据传输方面的安全性问题,还改善了备份方式和提高了系统的可用性,具有自动、安全、可靠的特点。 数据自动备份系统改进了数据备份方式,采用先进的增量备份技术,将数据备份到远程服务器,,减少了网络传输量。采用此技术可以只对数据的增量进行备份,而无需备份整个文件。使用文件冗余检测和消除,对相同的文件只备份一次,消除了文件的冗余备份。这种备份方式大大减少了对Server存储空间的占用,相同文件只在存储空间中保存一份,同时,相同的文件不再多次重复备份也减轻了网络压力。设计了数据可靠传输安全功能。采用高效的数据加密策略,结合MD5一致性验证技术,保障了关键数据在传输过程中的安全性和恢复时的完整性、可用性。数据共享系统,可以实现数据在系统中的对个人、部门及全局的共享。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, a large number of key confidential information files are distributed in the terminal computers of employees. With the popularization of notebook computers, mobile storage, and the development of Internet applications, Enterprises are paying more and more attention to the protection of their own intellectual property rights and the security of important internal documents. Once this information data is lost or damaged, it will cause incalculable loss. Using data backup system to back up important data is the only feasible solution to solve data damage and loss. The basic principle and system structure of the existing data automatic backup system are analyzed, and some important technologies related to the implementation of the data automatic backup system are studied in depth. The business process of data backup system is studied, and the overall structure of data automatic backup and sharing system is designed. This paper designs and implements a kind of network disk system which can automatically and safely backup and share data. It establishes data backup center remotely and backups data to remote server through Internet. At the same time, it improves the security of data storage and data transmission. It also improves the backup mode and the availability of the system. It is automatic, safe and reliable. The data automatic backup system improves the data backup mode and uses advanced incremental backup technology to backup the data to the remote server, thus reducing the amount of network transmission. This technique can only backup the increment of data without backing up the entire file. Using file redundancy detection and elimination, the same file backup only once, eliminating the redundant backup of files. This kind of backup method greatly reduces the footprint of the Server storage space, the same file is saved only once in the storage space, at the same time, the same file does not repeat the backup many times and also reduces the network pressure. The security function of reliable data transmission is designed. An efficient data encryption strategy and MD5 consistency verification technology are adopted to ensure the security and integrity and availability of the critical data during the transmission process. Data sharing system, can achieve data in the system of individuals, departments and the overall sharing.
