中韩服务业产业内贸易及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:20世纪80年代以来,,国际服务贸易迅速崛起,尤其是在1994年《服务贸易总协定》签订后,服务贸易在世界经济中的重要地位日益突显。与此同时,学术界对国际贸易现象的研究也在进行着新的革命:越来越多的学者注意到制成品的某一产业内同时进出口的现象,于是产业内贸易研究成为国际贸易研究的前沿问题,但对服务业产业内贸易研究,尤其对处于不同发展水平国家间的服务业产业内贸易研究尚属起步阶段。中韩两国同处东亚经济体,自1992年建交以来经贸关系日益紧密,为了进一步加强合作,两国政府致力于双边自由贸协定(FTA)的签署,而FTA的首轮谈判也已于2013年3月26日在韩国首尔启程,此轮谈判涉及商品、服务、投资和知识产权等领域,服务业因其本身的无形性、复杂性及经济联动性等特点无疑会成为FTA谈判的难点所在。所以,深入了解中韩服务业产业内贸易发展状况,有重要的理论及现实意义。 本论文通过运用定性及定量等多种分析方法对中韩服务业产业内贸易进行了较为系统的研究,共分为六个部分。绪论部分介绍文章的研究背景、文献综述、研究内容和主要创新等,主体部分共包括五个章节:第一章主要介绍各类型的产业内贸易理论,总结出产品差异性、需求偏好和规模经济是促进产业内贸易发生和发展的重要力量,为后文对中韩服务业产业内贸易的实证分析奠定理论基础;第二章定性认识中韩服务业发展概况,对双边服务贸易总量及结构做细致分析,研究发现两国服务贸易领域主要集中在运输、旅游、通讯及其他商业服务项目上,中国在双边服务贸易中逆差趋势明显。第三章利用2000-2010年中韩服务贸易数据,通过权威的产业内贸易测量指标,定量测算两国服务业产业内贸易发展水平,发现两国总体服务业产业内贸易发展程度处中等水平,并以水平型产业内贸易为主,从细分行业看,旅游业的产业内贸易水平最高,其次为运输和通讯业,保险业的贸易模式虽不固定,但近几年产业内贸易发展趋势明显,其他商业服务和未统计项则以产业间贸易为主。第四章基于灰色关联度分析法,计算影响两国服务业产业内贸易发展因素的关联度,并就关联度大小排序,其中两国货物贸易、企业规模经济和人均收入是影响较大的因素。第五章总结主要研究结论,并从中国视角提出促进中韩服务业产业内贸易发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, international trade in services has risen rapidly, especially after the signing of General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) in 1994, the important position of trade in services in the world economy has become increasingly prominent. At the same time, the academic research on the phenomenon of international trade is also undergoing a new revolution: more and more scholars are paying attention to the phenomenon of simultaneous import and export of manufactured goods in a certain industry, So the study of intra-industry trade has become the frontier of international trade research, but the study of intra-industry trade in service industry, especially among countries with different levels of development, is still in its infancy. In order to further strengthen cooperation, the two governments are committed to the signing of the bilateral Free Trade Agreement (FTA) since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, both of which are located in East Asian economies, and have become increasingly close since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992. The first round of FTA talks, which started in Seoul, South Korea, on March 26, 2013, deals with areas such as goods, services, investment and intellectual property. The characteristics of complexity and economic linkage will undoubtedly become the difficulty of FTA negotiation. Therefore, in-depth understanding of the development of intra-industry trade between China and South Korea has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper makes a systematic study on intra-industry trade between China and South Korea by using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, which is divided into six parts. The introduction part introduces the research background, the literature review, the research content and the main innovation, etc. The main part includes five chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the various types of intra-industry trade theory, summarizes the product differences. Demand preference and scale economy are important forces to promote the occurrence and development of intra-industry trade, which lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis of intra-industry trade between China and South Korea. Through a detailed analysis of the total volume and structure of bilateral trade in services, it is found that the trade in services between the two countries is mainly focused on transport, tourism, communications and other commercial services, and that the trend of China's deficit in bilateral service trade is obvious. The third chapter uses the service trade data of China and South Korea from 2000 to 2010 to measure quantitatively the development level of intra-industry trade in the service industry of the two countries through authoritative intra-industry trade measurement indicators, and finds that the level of intra-industry trade development of the two countries as a whole is at a moderate level. The intra-industry trade of tourism industry is the highest, followed by transport and communications industry. Although the trade model of insurance industry is not fixed, the trend of intra-industry trade development is obvious in recent years. Other business services and uncounted items are dominated by inter-industry trade. In the fourth chapter, based on the grey correlation analysis method, the correlation degree of the factors affecting the development of intra-industry trade in the service industry of the two countries is calculated, and the order of the correlation degree is given, in which the goods trade, the enterprise scale economy and the per capita income of the two countries are the major factors that affect the development of intra-industry trade. The fifth chapter summarizes the main research conclusions and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of intra-industry trade between China and South Korea from the perspective of China.
