钣金特征造型功能研究与技术实现

【摘要】:当前,国内自主版权的钣金CAD/CAM应用系统主要有两类,一类包含钣金的参数化造型展开功能,但造型设计只能通过设定模型的预定义的参数来定义钣金造型,不能设计造型;另一类系统既能进行参数化造型设计,也能进行钣金展开,但是造型设计功能基于国外的三维CAD系统平台,这些CAD平台售价昂贵,广泛推广有一定困难。所以一个能够进行钣金参数化造型设计与展开的国产CAD系统能够满足设计与广泛推广的需求。 本文以钣金的特征造型为研究对象,基于具有全部技术自主知识产权的国产ZW3D CAD软件,对该平台特征造型原理以及实现钣金特征造型的一系列关键问题进行了研究。具体工作包括: 研究ZW3D软件的特征造型内核系统,包括该特征造型系统几何拓扑表示以及永久命名工作机制、特征表示方法。研究表明该特征系统能够表达复杂几何特征造型,能够方便准确的进行特征相关几何对象的搜索和匹配,并且具备良好的扩展性,,能够很好的支持钣金特征造型的特点,实现新的钣金特征功能。 在研究钣金特征造型特点的基础上,结合国产ZW3D软件平台,以与通用特征相融合的方式,设计了钣金的主要特征造型方法,包括钣金折弯、凸缘、展开与折叠以及局部成型等。 提出了一种钣金模型展开与折叠方法,通过使用面对象属性标识折弯面的方法,遍历查找面的邻接折弯面进行递归展开过程,不需要遍历钣金特征即可得到展开模型。 在上述研究的基础上,基于ZW3D平台开发了钣金特征造型模块,实现了钣金件的特征设计的主要功能。
[Abstract]:At present, there are two main types of sheet metal CAD/CAM application systems with independent copyright in China. One includes the parameterized modeling of sheet metal, but the modeling design can only define the sheet metal modeling by setting the predefined parameters of the model, and can not design the modeling. The other kind of system can not only enter the parameterized design, but also carry out the sheet metal expansion, but the other kind of system can also carry out the sheet metal expansion. It is a three-dimensional CAD system platform based on foreign based design and design. These CAD platforms are expensive and widely spread. So a domestic CAD system that can design and expand the parameterized modeling and expansion of sheet metal can meet the needs of design and extensive popularization.
Based on the feature modeling of sheet metal as the research object, based on the domestic ZW3D CAD software with all technical independent intellectual property rights, this paper studies the principle of the feature modeling of the platform and a series of key problems to realize the feature modeling of the sheet metal. The specific work includes:
The feature modeling kernel system of ZW3D software is studied, including the geometric topology representation of the feature modeling system and the permanent naming work mechanism, and the feature representation method. The research shows that the feature system can express complex geometric feature modeling, and can easily and accurately search and match feature related geometric objects, and have good expansion. Developability can well support the characteristics of sheet metal feature modeling and realize the new sheet metal feature function.
On the basis of the characteristics of sheet metal feature modeling, combined with the domestic ZW3D software platform, the main feature modeling methods of sheet metal are designed, including sheet metal bending, flange, expansion and folding and local molding.
A method of expansion and folding of the sheet metal model is proposed. By using the method of facing the image attribute logo bending surface, the adjacency bending surface of the lookup surface is traversed through the recursive expansion process, and the expansion model can be obtained without traversal of the sheet metal features.
On the basis of the above research, the sheet metal feature modeling module is developed based on the ZW3D platform, and the main functions of the feature design of sheet metal parts are realized.
