武夷菌素高产菌株选育及应用研究进展

【摘要】:武夷菌素是一种具有自主知识产权的高效、广谱、低毒生物农药,对粮食、蔬菜和果树及经济作物的真菌病害具有良好的防治效果。本文分别从传统育种和基因工程育种两个方面,介绍了武夷菌素高产菌株的选育研究历程,尤其详细介绍了基因工程育种体系的构建。同时,综述了武夷菌素的田间防治效果,分析了研究和应用过程中存在的问题并提出了解决途径。
[Abstract]:Wuyi bacteria is a highly effective, broad-spectrum, low toxic biological pesticide with independent intellectual property rights. It has good control effect on the fungal diseases of grain, vegetables and fruit trees and economic crops. This paper introduces the selection and breeding of high yield strains of Wuyi bacteria from two aspects of traditional breeding and genetic engineering breeding. The construction of genetic engineering breeding system was constructed. At the same time, the effect of Wuyi bacteriin in the field was summarized, the problems in the study and application were analyzed and the solutions were put forward.
