企业铁路列车运行调整系统的研究与开发

【摘要】:鉴于我国企业铁路所具有的技术、规模、资金、市场等优势,以及人员观念上的不解放、素质低,服务尚且不完善等不利因素,铁路管理模式应该改革,实现管理规范化、效益最大化,其中建立现代物流信息系统是企业向现代物流方向发展的主要策略之一。 作为我国企业铁路信息化建设的主要部分,运行调整系统在分散自律调度集中系统的基础上,结合企业铁路的运输生产特点,实现列车作业的远程控制和智能化控制。采用企业铁路运行调整系统,能够提高企业铁路管辖的列车作业效率和生产调度与监督管理的自动化水平。本文以山西铝厂企业铁路为背景,着重研究和设计了运行调整系统应用中的列车作业的协调优化问题。 目前,计算机与网络已经在铁路应用系统中有了大规模的应用,,用计算机来辅助列车调度人员进行调度已经逐渐取代了落后的人工调度方式。列车运行调整系统就是应用计算机来辅助行车调度员对列车运行图的计划进行下达、修改等的行车调度系统。本课题在研究运行调整系统的特点和总体结构的基础上,结合分散自律调度集中系统对列车智能化控制功能,提出了企业铁路运输组织的新模式。重点研究了系统的运行计划自动生成与调整,用Drools规则引擎灵活设计运行图,运用Rete算法搜索规则,解决了列车运行图的自动铺画与调整,运用java灵活的绘图机制与组件及点与线之间的关系实现了运行图的拖拽调整。再次,对列车运行调整系统进行了系统分析,确定系统的主要功能以及辅助功能实现的技术。在本次的项目开发中,引入了模式-视图-管理器(Model,View,Controler简称MVC)模型用于实现系统对于功能扩展和维护的要求。论文按照软件开发流程依次介绍了系统需求分析,系统的总体设计,运行图的自动生成与调整的原理与设计,拖拽调整运行图的原理与设计。最终实现了一个宽松的框架、有良好扩展功能和可维护性的列车运行调整系统。系统经过测试,验证了运行图相关功能的正确性,确定各个模块运行良好,同时验证了MVC架构在系统功能扩展和维护方面的作用。 系统为智能调度系统中的一部分,在论文中也介绍了调度系统的系统架构,整个系统的作业流程、角色安排及智能调度中的各个子系统,该系统研发后改变了企业作业管理模式,提高了企业站的作业效率,减轻了人员劳动强度,提高了企业站的管理水平,进而提高了铁路车辆周转率、机车周转率,以达到提高货物运输效率、保证运输安全的目的。本系统将使企业站在作业高度自动化、信息化、智能化等诸多方面将全面处于国际领先水平,全部技术具有自主知识产权,为我国企业铁路行车调度技术开拓国际市场创造了良好的条件。
[Abstract]:In view of the advantages of technology, scale, capital, market and other unfavorable factors, such as the unemancipation of personnel concept, low quality, imperfect service and so on, the railway management mode should be reformed, and the management standardization should be realized. The establishment of modern logistics information system is one of the main strategies for enterprises to develop to modern logistics. As the main part of railway information construction in our country, the operation adjustment system realizes the remote control and intelligent control of train operation on the basis of decentralized self-discipline dispatching centralized system and combined with the characteristics of enterprise railway transportation production. The adoption of the enterprise railway operation adjustment system can improve the train operation efficiency and the automation level of production scheduling and supervision and management under the jurisdiction of the enterprise railway. Based on the railway of Shanxi Aluminium Plant, this paper studies and designs the coordination and optimization of train operation in the application of operation adjustment system. At present, computer and network have been widely used in railway application system, and computer aided train dispatcher has gradually replaced the backward manual dispatching method. Train operation adjustment system is a train dispatching system which applies computer to assist train dispatcher to issue and modify the plan of train operation diagram. Based on the study of the characteristics and the overall structure of the operation and adjustment system, a new mode of railway transportation organization for enterprises is put forward by combining the functions of decentralized autonomous dispatching centralized system for intelligent control of trains. The automatic generation and adjustment of the operation plan of the system are emphatically studied. The operation diagram is designed flexibly with drools rule engine, and the automatic drawing and adjustment of train diagram is solved by using Rete algorithm search rules. The drag-and-drop adjustment of operation diagram is realized by using the flexible drawing mechanism and component of java and the relationship between points and lines. Thirdly, the system of train operation adjustment is analyzed systematically, and the main functions of the system and the technology of realizing auxiliary function are determined. In the development of this project, the Model-ViewController (MVC) model is introduced to meet the requirements of the system for function extension and maintenance. According to the software development flow, the paper introduces the system requirement analysis, the overall design of the system, the principle and design of the automatic generation and adjustment of the operation diagram, and the principle and design of the drag-and-drop adjustment operation diagram. Finally, a loose framework is implemented, with good expansion function and maintainability of train operation adjustment system. The system is tested to verify the correctness of the related functions of the operation diagram, to determine that each module is running well, and to verify the function of MVC architecture in the function extension and maintenance of the system. The system is a part of the intelligent scheduling system. In this paper, the architecture of the system, the job flow of the whole system, the role arrangement and the subsystems in the intelligent scheduling are also introduced. After the research and development of the system, the enterprise operation management mode has been changed, the operation efficiency of the enterprise station has been improved, the labor intensity of the personnel has been reduced, the management level of the enterprise station has been improved, and the railway rolling stock turnover rate and the locomotive turnover rate have been improved. In order to improve the efficiency of cargo transport, to ensure the safety of transport purposes. The system will make the enterprise stand in the operation of high automation, information, intelligence and other aspects will be fully in the international leading level, all the technology has its own intellectual property rights, It has created good conditions for Chinese enterprises to exploit the international market for railway dispatching technology.
