当下我国经济犯罪的成因研究

【摘要】：在经济快速发展的同时,不仅在生活方面带给了我们极大的便利,与此同时也引发了社会经济安全的诸多新问题。经济犯罪是一种严重危害我国社会主义市场经济秩序,侵害社会公众财产并且具有严重危害性的一种犯罪形态,经济犯罪主要包括多种形式的与经济相关的犯罪行为。经济犯罪已经成为了我国经济社会之中的一大公害,因此加强对于经济犯罪的成因的研究已经成为了重大的理论课题,并且也受到了刑法理论界的高度重视。本文对首先对于经济犯罪的成因进行了分析,其次对于经济犯罪的防范与打击的措施做出了分析。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the rapid development of economy not only brings us great convenience in life, but also leads to many new problems of social and economic security. Economic crime is a form of crime that seriously endangers the order of socialist market economy in our country, encroaches on the public property and has serious harmfulness. Economic crime mainly includes various forms of crimes related to economy. Economic crime has become a major public hazard in our country's economic society. Therefore, strengthening the research on the causes of economic crime has become an important theoretical subject, and has also been highly valued by the theoretical circle of criminal law. In this paper, the causes of economic crime are analyzed, and the measures to prevent and attack economic crime are analyzed.
