【摘要】：正2016年10月27日上午,2016年中国图书馆年会第11分会场"图书馆法律与知识产权"论坛如期举行。该论坛是由中国图书馆学会学术研究委员会图书馆法律与知识产权专业委员会主办,黑龙江省图书馆、黑龙江大学信息管理学院承办,围绕图书馆立法进程、现实法律环境以及由此引发的矛盾和解决策略,特邀图书馆界法律、知识产权专家做主旨报告,与本领域相关的年会征文获奖者做会议
[Abstract]:On the morning of October 27, 2016, the "Library Law and intellectual property" Forum will be held as scheduled. The forum is sponsored by the academic Research Committee of the Chinese Library Society, the Library Law and intellectual property Professional Committee, the Heilongjiang Province Library and the Information Management School of Heilongjiang University, and revolves around the legislative process of the library. The actual legal environment and the resulting contradictions and solutions are specially invited to the library law and intellectual property experts to give keynote reports, and the winners of the annual conference papers related to the field will be held.
