黄瓜新品种筛选与良种繁育及推广模式研究

【摘要】:黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)是我国重要的蔬菜作物,经过多年育种工作者的努力,黄瓜育种工作已经取得了显著的成绩,育种目标也转向多样化和专用化。目前,由于华南型和荷兰温室型黄瓜栽培效益好,在市场上售价高,所以对黄瓜优良品种的需求在快速上升。同时根据我们的调查,在华东地区主要栽培的华南型和荷兰温室型黄瓜品种都存在明显的缺点,因此针对性的引种筛选显得尤为必要。本研究选取了上海交通大学农业与生物学院自主选育的华南型和荷兰温室型黄瓜共4个新品种与国内外主流的品种进行品比测试,分别在植物学性状、果实性状、产量和抗病性方面进行比较分析,结果显示申绿03和申杂4号在高温多湿条件下表现优势较强,特别是申杂4号与对照品种产量差异极显著,可以作为推荐品种推广。长期以来由于我国科研体制局限,良种推广在“育、繁、推、销”环节之间脱节严重,造成良种推广效率低下和资源重复浪费。本文分别对黄瓜新品种的供应链环节:种子生产环节、种子处理环节,以及推广环节主要应用的技术和模式进行比较分析,并在实践的基础上进一步提出优化建议,希望利用多主体联合合作的展示模式,加强加深农业良种售前售后服务,通过保护知识产权和搭建科企交流平台等手段,促进科技成果转化以及加快商业化育种的进程发展。
[Abstract]:Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is an important vegetable crop in China. After many years of breeding workers' efforts, cucumber breeding has made remarkable achievements. The breeding objectives are also diversified and specialized. At present, the good varieties of cucumber varieties are good because of the good cultivation efficiency of the Southern China and Holland greenhouse cucumbers and the high price in the market. At the same time, according to our survey, there are obvious shortcomings in Southern China and Holland greenhouse cucumber varieties, which are mainly cultivated in East China. Therefore, the targeted selection is particularly necessary. This study selected the Southern China type and the greenhouse yellow of Holland, which was selected by the Institute of agriculture and Biology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. 4 new varieties of melon were compared with the mainstream varieties at home and abroad. The comparison and analysis of botanical characters, fruit characters, yield and disease resistance were carried out respectively. The results showed that Shen green 03 and Shen Za 4 showed strong advantages under the condition of high temperature and humidity, especially the difference between Shenza No. 4 and control varieties, which could be used as a recommendation For a long time, because of the limitation of scientific research system in China, the promotion of good species is seriously disjointed between "breeding, propagation, pushing and selling", resulting in low efficiency and repeated waste of resources. In this paper, the supply chain links of new cucumber varieties, seed production links, seed treatment links, and the main application techniques and models of extension links are introduced in this paper. On the basis of practice, we put forward the optimization suggestions on the basis of practice. We hope to make use of the exhibition mode of multi subject joint cooperation to strengthen the service of pre sale and after sale of agricultural good seeds, to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and to accelerate the development of commercialized breeding by means of protecting intellectual property and building the exchange platform of science and enterprise.
