血管介入器械的运动控制系统研究

【摘要】:血管类疾病已经成为严重威胁人类生命的疾病之一。目前放射介入疗法对治疗此类疾病效果明显,针对传统介入手术医生的培训无法经常在临床环境下进行的问题,目前已经出现类似血管介入治疗模拟训练系统这样的设备用于介入手术培训。血管介入治疗模拟训练系统由介入手术器械的运动控制系统和虚拟介入手术软件系统组成,本课题主要对前者进行了研究,自主设计开发了一种血管介入手术器械运动控制系统。 介入手术器械有导丝、导管、支架、气囊等,本系统以导丝和导管为例,设计的血管介入器械运动控制系统由三部分组成:导管/导丝位移信息采集装置、导管/导丝受力装置和系统测试软件。导管/导丝位移信息采集装置采用了Avago公司生产的ADNS-7530激光位移传感芯片,实时采集导管/导丝的推、拉和旋转操作时造成的位移。导管/导丝在血管中移动时的受力采用模拟方式,仿真导管/导丝受力以及力的测量装置称为力反馈装置,该部分由力反馈装置机械结构、力反馈执行部件、力反馈控制部件以及导管/导丝受力检测装置组成。系统测试软件使用MFC开发设计,主要是模拟和验证介入手术训练系统要求的功能。主控制单片机采用凌阳公司生产的SPCE06I A芯片。 系统研究范围涵盖了医学、机械、电子、通讯等领域。在当前医学模拟训练产品主要依赖国外进口的背景下,本课题自主设计的具有一定通用性的血管介入器械运动控制系统,对于建立和发展拥有我国自主知识产权的医学模拟训练产品具有积极的推动作用。
[Abstract]:Vascular diseases have become one of the serious threats to human life. At present, the effect of interventional therapy on this kind of disease is obvious. The problem that the training of traditional interventional surgery doctors can not be carried out frequently in clinical environment, Equipment such as the simulated training system for vascular interventional therapy has been developed for training in interventional surgery. The simulation training system of vascular interventional therapy is composed of motion control system of interventional surgical instruments and virtual interventional surgery software system. A motion control system for vascular interventional instruments was designed and developed. Interventional instruments include guide wire, catheter, stent, airbag and so on. This system takes guide wire and catheter as an example. The motion control system of vascular interventional instrument is composed of three parts: catheter / wire displacement information collecting device. Conduit / wire loading device and system test software. The ADNS-7530 laser displacement sensor chip produced by Avago is used to collect the displacement caused by the push, pull and rotation of the tube / guide wire in real time. The force of catheter / wire moving in blood vessel is simulated. The measuring device that simulates the force and force of conduit / guide wire is called force feedback device, which is composed of mechanical structure of force feedback device and force feedback executive part. The force feedback control unit and the force detecting device of the conduit / guide wire are made up. The system test software is designed with MFC, which simulates and verifies the function of interventional training system. The main control microcontroller adopts SPCE06I A chip produced by Lingyang Company. The system covers the fields of medicine, machinery, electronics, communication and so on. Under the background that the current medical simulation training products mainly rely on foreign imports, this paper has designed a universal motion control system for vascular intervention instruments. It plays an active role in the establishment and development of medical simulation training products with independent intellectual property rights in China.
