AF物流公司战略定位选择研究

【摘要】:本文以AF物流公司发展战略构建为研究对象和研究内容,在企业战略管理、企业竞争战略基本理论、电子商务理论、物流业务发展战略构建相关文献的基础上,运用PEST环境分析模型和五种力量竞争分析模型,对AF物流公司发展所面临的内部环境和外部环境进行了系统性的分析;在此基础上,对AF物流公司子第三方物流业务发展战略设计的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等进行了评估,从AF物流公司发展战略的构建思路、整体发展战略设计、职能战略设计对AF物流公司发展战略进行了设计。 AF物流公司是从事国际国内物流和物流行业的民营企业,公司总部设在上海西北物流园区,下设2个分公司,18个办事处,公司员工近百名,拥有仓库15000平方米。公司是集仓储、配送、长途运输、铁路运输代理、物流信息服务以及消费者物流业务等为一体的一家新型的第三方物流发展企业。尽管AF物流公司发展已经构建了初步的运作框架和运作机制,并且通过一定的品牌定位、品牌诉求和品牌推广,取得了一定的成绩。但另一方面,目前的AF物流公司发展模式只是基于战术性的设计,,为企业的销售服务的,还没有构建起系统的战略发展模式;同时在支撑发展战略运作的组织体系、人才机制等方面依然还存在诸多问题,这与未来AF物流公司进入国际市场的要求还远远不够。目前AF物流公司的发展既需要基于公司发展存在的问题,设计出科学系统的战略发展模式;同时还需要基于市场发展和物流行业的要求,进行科学的战略定位和转型。 AF物流公司的战略定位,要在AF物流公司发展战略目标的指导下实现AF物流公司增量与提高协调发展。通过采用先进的技术发展具有自主知识产权的AF物流公司物流服务产品,加快推进AF物流公司的和企业发展模式升级。同时,通过AF物流公司的管理创新,实施AF物流公司的管理流程再造,实现AF物流公司的管理信息化,构筑新型的AF物流公司扁平化的管理模式,最终实现把AF物流公司发展成为一个专业化的、富于活力和竞争力的企业集团,并围绕这一总体的发展战略,来制定和设计基于企业总体发展战略的AF物流公司发展战略及其路径机制。 本文从发展战略的构建思路、整体发展战略设计、职能战略设计对AF物流公司发展战略进行了设计,从而为AF物流公司战略设计提供了一个基本的理论框架和实践指导,并对其他类似的物流公司推进战略设计提供了示范价值。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the development strategy construction of AF logistics company as the research object and research content, on the basis of enterprise strategic management, the basic theory of enterprise competition strategy, the theory of electronic commerce, the construction of logistics business development strategy. Based on the PEST environment analysis model and five power competition analysis models, this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment that AF logistics companies are facing. This paper evaluates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development strategy of the third party logistics business of AF logistics company, and designs the overall development strategy from the view of the construction of the development strategy of AF logistics company, and the overall development strategy design of AF logistics company. The development strategy of AF Logistics Company is designed. AF Logistics Company is a private enterprise engaged in international and domestic logistics and logistics industry. The headquarters of AF Logistics Company is located in Shanghai Northwest Logistics Park. Under 2 branches, 18 offices, the company employees nearly 100, has a warehouse of 15000 square meters. The company is a new type of third party logistics development enterprise which integrates warehousing, distribution, long-distance transportation, railway transportation agent, logistics information service and consumer logistics business. Although the development of AF logistics company has set up a preliminary operational framework and operational mechanism, and through a certain brand positioning, brand appeal and brand promotion, it has made certain achievements. On the other hand, the current development model of AF logistics company is only based on tactical design, which serves the sales of enterprises, and has not yet constructed a systematic strategic development model; at the same time, it is supporting the organizational system of development strategy operation. There are still many problems in talent mechanism, which is far from enough for AF logistics company to enter the international market in the future. At present, the development of AF logistics company not only needs to design the strategic development model of scientific system based on the problems existing in the development of the company, but also needs to be based on the market development and the requirements of the logistics industry. Under the guidance of the development strategy goal of AF logistics company, the increment and coordination of AF logistics company should be realized. By adopting advanced technology to develop the logistics service products of AF logistics company with independent intellectual property rights, we can speed up the upgrading of AF logistics company's and enterprise development model. At the same time, through the management innovation of AF logistics company, implement the management process reengineering of AF logistics company, realize the management information of AF logistics company, construct a new management mode of flat management of AF logistics company. Finally realize the development of AF logistics company into a professional, dynamic and competitive enterprise group, and around this overall development strategy, To formulate and design the development strategy and path mechanism of AF logistics company based on enterprise overall development strategy. This paper designs the development strategy of AF logistics company from the perspective of the construction of development strategy, the design of overall development strategy and the design of function strategy, which provides a basic theoretical framework and practical guidance for the strategic design of AF logistics company. And for other similar logistics companies to promote strategic design to provide a demonstration value.
