茶文化产业知识产权保护的相关法律问题研究

【摘要】：我国近年来商业竞争愈加激烈,并在某些领域和产业呈现出白热化的趋势,知识产权保护的重要性越来越突出,众多企业开始把知识产权保护列为自身发展的一项重要工作。我国的茶文化产业在最近几年得到了长足发展,并且未来可期。若想让其发展得又好又快,就急需从法律方面来加强对茶文化产业知识产权的保护力度。本文从茶文化产业的内涵、知识产权的重要性以及用知识产权对茶文化产业进行保护的路径选择等方面进行阐述和论述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the business competition in our country has become more and more intense, and in some fields and industries, the importance of intellectual property protection has become more and more prominent. Many enterprises begin to regard intellectual property protection as an important work of their own development. The tea culture industry of our country has been developed rapidly in recent years, and can be in the future. If it is to develop well and quickly, it is urgent to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in tea culture industry. This paper expounds and discusses the connotation of tea culture industry, the importance of intellectual property and the way to protect tea culture industry with intellectual property.
