HF公司员工组织职业生涯管理体系建设研究

【摘要】:作为企业人力资源管理的一项重要内容,职业生涯管理是企业所提供的,用于促进企业内部从事某种类职业的员工实现其职业发展目标的一种连续的过程。它主要包括两个层面的内容,其一是员工的自我职业生涯管理,其二是企业作为一个集体组织,指导和协助员工规划其职业生涯发展。从企业层面来讲,一个完整的、科学的职业生涯管理体系和制度不仅可以促使其员工个人不断成长,又能使企业自身不断发展。由于企业的人力资源管理是一个动态的过程,它随着企业战略的变化而变化。职业生涯管理也是如此,在企业不同的发展阶段,职业生涯管理有着不同的特征。HF公司成立于2005年,是一个以自主知识产权研发为主,以产业园和电子商务为辅的成长型企业。随着公司项目的不断增加,公司规模的不断扩大,股份制改革被公司管理层提上日程。因此,为了适应公司的变革,同时也使公司继续保持良好的成长态势,实行必要的组织职业生涯管理体系建设也越来越重要。 本文结合HF公司当前发展状况、员工职业生涯管理当前状况等因素,采用文献分析、问卷调查等方法,在现行组织职业生涯管理模式的基础层面上进行研究。本文首先介绍了组织职业生涯管理的相关理论,然后结合HF公司当前的发展背景及组织职业生涯管理现状进行了分析,找出了现阶段存在的问题。然后在此基础上设计了HF公司组织职业生涯管理体系,给出了在员工职业生涯的各个阶段企业实施组织职业生涯管理的具体措施,最后提出了进一步完善HF公司组织职业生涯管理体系的几点建议。
[Abstract]:As an important part of enterprise human resource management, career management is provided by the enterprise, which is used to promote the employees engaged in a certain kind of occupation in the enterprise to achieve their career development goals a continuous process. It mainly includes two aspects, one is the self-career management of employees, the other is that enterprises, as a collective organization, guide and assist employees in planning their career development. From the enterprise level, a complete and scientific career management system and system can not only promote the individual growth of its employees, but also enable the enterprise to develop itself. Human resource management is a dynamic process, which changes with the change of enterprise strategy. The same is true of career management. In different stages of development of enterprises, career management has different characteristics. HF company was founded in 2005. It is a growth enterprise based on independent intellectual property research and development, supplemented by industrial parks and electronic commerce. With the increasing of the company's project and the expansion of the company's scale, the stock system reform has been put on the agenda of the company's management. Therefore, in order to adapt to the change of the company and keep the good growth situation of the company, it is more and more important to implement the necessary organizational career management system. Combined with the current development of HF Company and the current situation of employee career management, this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation to study on the basis of the current organizational career management model. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of organizational career management, then analyzes the current development background and current situation of organizational career management in HF Company, and finds out the existing problems at this stage. Then, on the basis of this, the author designs the organizational career management system of HF Company, and gives the specific measures to implement the organizational career Management in each stage of the employee's career. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to further improve the organizational career management system of HF Company.
