职业培训数字化资源共享模式研究——以世界银行贷款“数字化培训教学资源共享平台”项目为标本

【摘要】：数字化资源共享不仅是世界教育的发展趋势,更是促进就业、走内涵式发展道路、适应经济发展新常态和技术技能人才成长成才需要的现实需求。但我国职业培训数字化资源共享存在缺乏总体规划、共享意识淡薄、优质资源数量不足、标准和规范缺失、知识产权缺乏有效保护等问题,导致共享水平低下,未能形成开发、共享、服务、评价和持续改进的良性循环。世界银行贷款"数字化培训教学资源共享平台"项目做了许多有益探索,提出了从顶层规划、规则设计、标准和规范研制、资源开发和整合、支撑平台建设、知识产权保护、配套服务保障等多个角度建立基于共享联盟的职业培训数字化资源共享模式。
[Abstract]:Digitized resource sharing is not only the development trend of education in the world, but also the promotion of employment, taking the connotative development road to meet the needs of the new normal economic development and the growth of technical and skilled personnel. The lack of standards and regulations, the lack of effective protection of intellectual property rights and other issues have led to a low level of sharing, which has not formed a virtuous circle of development, sharing, service, evaluation and continuous improvement. Development, resource development and integration, support platform construction, intellectual property protection, supporting services and other aspects of the establishment of professional training digital resource sharing model based on the sharing alliance.
