移动新媒体阅读对图书馆发展影响的SWOT分析

【摘要】：本文主要采用文献分析法和归纳法对新媒体的概念进行厘清，并总结出移动新媒体阅读的优点和缺点。优点包括移动性和实时性、互动性与参与性、即时性和自由性、多元性与个性化、融合性和丰富性、开放性与共享性；缺点包括资金投入多、信息失真性、信息的无序性、信息虚拟性、有害健康、快餐化和碎片化。用SWOT分析法分析移动新媒体阅读对图书馆发展所产生的影响。移动新媒体阅读环境下图书馆的优势包括：图书馆无处不在、图书馆能为读者提供无障碍阅读服务、图书馆服务平台多样化，图书馆信息资源免费开放及图书馆能够为读者提供参考咨询服务；图书馆内部也存在一些劣势，如图书馆的经费投入严重不足、图书馆员的整体素质还有待提高、图书馆也缺乏先进技术的支持，而且，图书馆信息资源娱乐性弱，，服务理念有待改善。同时，移动新媒体阅读也给图书馆的发展带来了机遇和威胁。机遇方面，移动新媒体阅读的普及有助于促进图书馆信息资源的共建共享,为图书馆提供更多宣传途径，读者对图书馆的移动阅读服务有强烈的需求，能促进图书馆职能有效发挥，此外，一些企业有助于图书馆开展移动阅读服务；威胁方面，移动新媒体技术层出不穷，开展移动新媒体阅读服务可能会加深读者之间的信息鸿沟，图书馆信息资源安全和知识产权保护等也问题多多，更重要的是，图书馆开展移动阅读服务的竞争对手多而强劲。通过对图书馆内部及外部的分析，图书馆应该制定相应的策略，包括增长型策略（SO策略）、扭转型策略（WO策略）、多种经营型策略（ST策略）和防御型策略（WT策略）。图书馆要充分利用已有的信息资源、专业服务等优势，尽量弥补资金、技术等方面的弱势，抓住当前社会环境中能帮助图书馆发展的机遇，如商业机构给图书馆的阅读服务带来的助力等，从而积极应对来自各方面的威胁。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly uses literature analysis and induction to clarify the concept of new media, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of mobile new media reading. The advantages include mobility and real-time, interactivity and participation, immediacy and freedom, pluralism and personalization, integration and richness, openness and sharing. Information virtual, harmful to health, fast food and fragmentation. SWOT analysis is used to analyze the influence of mobile new media reading on library development. The advantages of the library under the mobile new media reading environment include: the library is everywhere, the library can provide the readers with the barrier-free reading service, the library service platform is diversified, The free opening of library information resources and the library can provide reference services for readers, there are also some disadvantages within the library, such as the serious shortage of funds invested in the library, the overall quality of librarians still needs to be improved. The library also lacks the support of advanced technology, moreover, the library information resources entertainment is weak, the service idea needs to be improved. At the same time, mobile new media reading also brings opportunities and threats to the development of libraries. In terms of opportunities, the popularity of mobile new media reading will help to promote the co-construction and sharing of library information resources, provide more ways for the library to propagate, and readers will have a strong demand for mobile reading services. Can contribute to the effective functioning of libraries, in addition to the fact that some enterprises contribute to the development of mobile reading services by libraries; and, in terms of threats, mobile new media technologies are emerging in an endless stream, The development of mobile new media reading service may deepen the information gap between readers, and the security of library information resources and the protection of intellectual property are also a lot of problems. More importantly, there are many and strong competitors in the library to carry out mobile reading services. Through the analysis of the library inside and outside, the library should formulate the corresponding strategies, including the growth strategy (SO strategy), the twist strategy (WO strategy), the multi-management strategy (ST strategy) and the defensive strategy (WT strategy). Libraries should make full use of the advantages of existing information resources and professional services, try their best to make up for the weakness in capital and technology, and seize the opportunities that can help the development of libraries in the current social environment. For example, the commercial organizations help the library reading service, so as to deal with all kinds of threats.
