法学专业中知识产权教育的重要性分析——评《新编知识产权法学》

【摘要】：正现今社会,"版权"一词逐渐受到人们的重视,越来越频繁地出现在大众视野。前几年,电视剧《北京爱情故事》的编剧状告导演陈思成侵权,今年又有《如懿传》的编剧王小平与小说原作者蒋胜男的版权纠纷。讲到这,又不得不提到娱乐圈的著名事件——"琼瑶于正之战",在这场大战中,十几名原创作家共同署名支持琼瑶的起诉,甚至有网友调侃道:"于正有难,八方点赞。"前段时间的"友谊的小船说翻就翻"那幅企鹅漫画的作者也曾在微博上发表声明,提到自
[Abstract]:In today's society, the word "copyright" has been paid more and more attention and appeared more and more frequently in the public view.
