简析中英知识产权法律保护制度

【摘要】：2014年10月1日,英国完善了知识产权法律体系,英国的知识产权立法改革一揽子计划也推陈出新,展现出了知识产权法律多方面的革新理念。而与我国相关的知识产权各部门法相比,在专利权、著作权等领域都有许多的共通与差异。
[Abstract]:On October 1, 2014, Britain perfected the intellectual property law system, and the intellectual property legislation reform package of the United Kingdom also brought forth new ideas in many aspects of intellectual property law. Compared with the relevant intellectual property laws in China, there are many similarities and differences in the fields of patent, copyright and so on.
