基于不同层次的理工科高校知识产权法教学研究

【摘要】：立足理工科专业背景,针对不同层次的教学对象,以教学目标为导向,优化知识产权法教学内容,根据法理、法律制度和典型案例"三位一体"的原则,以知识产权法与理工科专业课深度融合教学的理念设计菜单式教学模块,采取学生基于专业背景自主选择模块的多元化教学模式,提高知识产权法的教学效果,培养出符合时代需要的创新应用型人才。
[Abstract]:Based on the professional background of science and engineering, aiming at the teaching object of different levels, taking the teaching goal as the direction, optimizing the teaching content of intellectual property law, according to the principle of "trinity" of legal theory, legal system and typical cases, Based on the concept of deep integration of intellectual property law and science and engineering courses, the menu teaching module is designed, and the diversified teaching model is adopted, which is based on the students' professional background to improve the teaching effect of intellectual property law. Cultivate innovative and applied talents in line with the needs of the times.
