关于农产品地理标志保护及产业发展研究

【摘要】:农产品地理标志保护是农产品产地、人文环境保护及其品牌在国际上提高农产品竞争力和附加值的重要依托,农产品产业发展能够带动当地产业链和产业集群的形成和发展。农产品地理标志保护工作我国起步较晚,但发展较快,本文举例从寿阳小米地理标志登记保护各个流程出发,阐释了如何让农产品地理标志成为区域特色农产品标准化生产、加工、营销、品牌、追溯、监管等的地理标志产品内涵。正确理解农产品地理标志保护,理解其发展的积极意义,有助于我国在经济快速发展的同时,根据TRIPS规则保护我国区域特色农产品的知识产权,让农产品地理标志保护成为当地特色农产品法律保护的重要内容,让农产品地理标志为农业增效、农民增收带来更多的实实在在的效益。
[Abstract]:The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products is the origin of agricultural products. The protection of humanistic environment and its brand name are important to improve the competitiveness and added value of agricultural products in the world. The development of agricultural products industry can promote the formation and development of local industrial chains and industrial clusters. The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products started late in our country, but developed rapidly. This paper illustrates how to make geographical indications of agricultural products become the standardized production of agricultural products with regional characteristics, starting from the various processes of registration and protection of geographical indications of Xiaomi in Shouyang, China. Processing, marketing, brand, traceability, supervision and other geographical indications product connotation. A correct understanding of the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products and the positive significance of their development will help our country to protect the intellectual property rights of agricultural products with regional characteristics in accordance with the TRIPS rules while the economy is developing rapidly. The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products has become an important part of the legal protection of agricultural products with local characteristics, and the geographical indications of agricultural products can increase agricultural efficiency and bring more tangible benefits to farmers' income.
