基于VoIP技术的VTS通信模拟器设计

【摘要】:随着我国海上交通事业的蓬勃发展,海上交通的安全问题也日益显现。因此,船舶交通管理系统(VTS)已经成为海上安全保驾护航不可缺少的工具。VHF通信装置作为VTS重要的构成,可以进行船岸间、船舶间、船舶内部的无线电通信,应用于遇险搜救、船舶避让、港口生产调度、海事管理、船舶内部管理以及安全信息播发等方面,已经成为完成水上交通现场通信的主要手段。所以,VHF通信对于保障船舶航行安全的重要作用是无法替代的。 本课题为基于VoIP技术的VTS通信模拟器的设计。利用当前的VoIP技术,模拟VTS通信过程,主要是语音通信,即VHF通信,提供比传统通信方式更安全、更可靠、更廉价的服务。它的实现不仅仅是模拟实际VHF的通信全过程,还完成了控制信号与语音信号的同步传输,进而提高了海上通信信号的质量,避免信息丢失,保障通信顺畅。另外通过软件实现通信的方式可以有效减少硬件设备的成本。 其研究成果不但可以用于VTS从业人员上岗前的教学培训和科学技术研究,而且为当前VHF通信系统存在的问题提供了一种解决方案。同时,也为我国VTS技术的工程研究和应用提供了可行的基础参考,对于有效解决当前VTS系统中VoIP技术应用所出现的一些技术问题,提供了较为有效的技术参考。早日研制并开发具有自主知识产权的VTS产品不仅对我国港口管理具有重要意义,还能加强沿海国防安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of maritime traffic in China, the safety problem of maritime traffic is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, the vessel traffic management system (VTS) has become an indispensable tool for maritime safety and escort. As an important component of VTS, the VHF communication device can carry out radio communication between ships and ships. It has become the main means to complete the field communication of water transportation, which is applied in the aspects of distress search and rescue, ship avoidance, port production scheduling, maritime management, ship internal management and safety information dissemination and so on. Therefore, VHF communication plays an important role in ensuring the safety of ship navigation. This subject is the design of VTS communication simulator based on VoIP technology. Using the current VoIP technology to simulate the VTS communication process, mainly voice communication, that is, VHF communication, provides more secure, reliable and cheaper services than traditional communication methods. It not only simulates the whole process of VHF communication, but also accomplishes the synchronous transmission of control signal and speech signal, thus improves the quality of offshore communication signal, avoids the loss of information, and ensures the smooth communication. In addition, software communication can effectively reduce the cost of hardware equipment. The research results can not only be used in the teaching training and scientific and technological research of VTS practitioners, but also provide a solution for the problems existing in the current VHF communication system. At the same time, it also provides a feasible basic reference for the engineering research and application of VTS technology in our country. It also provides a more effective technical reference for solving some technical problems in the application of VoIP technology in the current VTS system. The early development and development of VTS products with independent intellectual property rights is not only of great significance to the port management of our country, but also can enhance the security of coastal national defense.
