混合动力汽车动力分配器动态特性分析
[Abstract]:Power coupling device is the core component of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Its dynamic performance directly affects the transmission performance of HEV transmission system. Prius, a hybrid vehicle developed and manufactured by Toyota, is the most successful hybrid vehicle product. Its power coupling device system, THS, has applied for patent protection. In order to speed up the research and development of hybrid electric vehicles, China must develop power coupling devices with independent intellectual property rights. Combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Design Theory and method of Hybrid Electric vehicle Power Coupler under Multi-field Coupling condition (51075179)", the driving mechanism and gear contact analysis of differential coupled hybrid electric vehicle (PSD) are discussed in this paper. The noise reduction of test data and the dynamic characteristics of PSD are studied in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) the working principle of automobile differential is analyzed, and the similar functions of Toyota hybrid power system THS and PSD are pointed out. Then the PSD speed and torque of differential coupling hybrid electric vehicle are simulated and analyzed by Advisor software. It is pointed out that there is a great speed difference between the left and right half axle gears, and the large speed difference has always been accompanied by the work of PSD. (2) the parameters of PSD gear train are redesigned and the finite element contact analysis of PSD transmission gear is carried out. Through finite element contact analysis, the law of stress variation, stress diffusion and stress distribution of PSD transmission gear are given. (3) the method of signal denoising based on wavelet threshold is studied. The selection of basis function, the selection of decomposition layer number, the determination of threshold value and the determination of threshold function are discussed. A new threshold function is proposed on the basis of previous studies, and a new threshold function is proposed by means of square wave signal. The Leleccum signal verifies that the proposed threshold function has good noise reduction performance. Finally, the signal of torque and rotational speed measured by PSD bench is processed by noise reduction. (4) the dynamic simulation model of PSD multi-rigid body and flexible body is established. The dynamic characteristics of PSD under normal and failure conditions are simulated and analyzed. It is pointed out that the meshing impact at one end of PSD connected generator is relatively small. The meshing impact at one end of the connecting motor is great, and the planetary gear speed of PSD fluctuates greatly under the failure condition. The research in this paper provides a reference for the noise reduction of PSD test data and the analysis of dynamic characteristics.
