国内iPB树脂生产填补空白

【摘要】：正高等规聚丁烯(i PB)是一种非常特殊的聚烯烃材料,具有优异的耐热蠕变性能和耐应力开裂性能,i PB的耐热蠕变性要明显优于通用的聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE),可在95℃下长期使用,主要用于工业和民用冷热水管及其配件上,是最好的地暖管材材料。目前,青岛科技大学橡塑新材料合成与应用团队在丁烯先进聚合工艺、聚合物颗粒形态控制、高等规、高效催化剂的研究方面开发了具有知识产权的丁烯聚合技术,填补了我国i PB树脂的生产空白。
