百万千瓦级核电定子铁心压紧分析

【摘要】:随着国内核电事业的发展,需要开发具有自主知识产权的百万千瓦级核电汽轮发电机。作为发电机的关键部件,定子铁心的压紧质量直接影响发电机的运行安全性和使用寿命。本文基于有限元分析结合现场试验,探索如何提高定子铁心的压紧质量。针对各种定子铁心端部结构型式和齿压板内倾量,基于ANSYS软件分析了铁心端部结构的刚度和强度,从而明确了铁心内部压力的分布状况。有限元分析表明当铁心端部结构采用型式Ⅲ、齿压板内倾量采用2.0mm时,既能发挥出齿压板的强度极限,又能使铁心内部压力分布均匀,从而保证定子铁心的压紧质量。工装压紧结构的有限元分析表明,在分块压板处增加工装支撑结构,可降低齿压板应力,增强铁心阶梯段的齿部压力,从工艺上保证了定子铁心的压紧质量。通过现场实际测量产品的齿压板变形量,测量值与预测值基本吻合,各次加压时测量的数据稳定,证明对齿压板采取的理论预补偿是有效的。本文研究成果已经应用于百万千瓦级核电项目,从机理上保证了定子铁心的压紧质量和运行可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development of domestic nuclear power industry, it is necessary to develop millions of kilowatt class nuclear turbine generators with independent intellectual property rights. As a key component of generator, the quality of stator core compaction directly affects the safety and service life of generator. Based on finite element analysis and field test, this paper explores how to improve the compaction quality of stator core.
