油品调合技术服务与管理平台的设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the international crude oil price rising, processing costs increasing, environmental protection requirements and standards increasing, refining and chemical enterprises are facing severe challenges. In order to meet the developing and changing business needs of oil refining enterprises, it is urgent to improve the blending technology level of oil products. Through nearly two decades of development and practice at home and abroad, the technology has become very mature, and domestic oil blending projects have also been put on line one after another, but how to solve the various situations in the process of late operation and maintenance, It is an important issue for senior management to unify and standardize the application of oil blending system in refineries and chemical enterprises. This paper investigates and studies the application status of oil blending system, analyzes the management requirements of oil blending system, according to the existing management and information conditions of oil refining enterprises, uses computer application system development technology, and uses Asp.net development tools. A technical service and management platform is designed and implemented to solve the problems of operation and maintenance, technical support and management assessment of oil blending system. The platform mainly includes information collection, operation status monitoring, production business management, production performance appraisal, operation and maintenance knowledge base, on-line service and technology exchange. To meet the needs of the senior management on the unified management and performance appraisal of the oil blending system in the refining and chemical enterprises, and to lay a certain foundation for the formation and development of the oil blending system with independent intellectual property rights gradually, it has strong application value. At the same time, it also provides reference and guidance for the management of similar information systems. In this paper, the research background, significance, current situation, research contents and requirements of the system are discussed firstly, and then the design, key technology and implementation of the system are introduced in detail. The overall design scheme of the system is put forward from the point of view of the realization goal, train of thought and system analysis of the system. Then the function design and database design of the system are explained in detail, the realization method of each module is explained, and the system test is carried out. The shortcomings of the system are pointed out in the summary after the system test and the objective evaluation is made.
