A研究院民品化技术创新战略与产品竞争力研究

【摘要】：我国军工企业的民品化发展问题，是我国面临的一个重要现实问题，亟需理论和实践的探索，A研究院是我国的骨干军工企业之一，已有20余年军转民的探索和实践，本文对A研究院民品化技术创新进行了系统分析，对于指导A研究院民品化的发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文首先对技术创新和核心竞争力的理论进行介绍，并对国内外的研究成果进行分析，指出目前存在的问题。对A研究院的民品化发展历程作了了简要介绍，主要是测控产业和环保产业的发展，并分析了民品化技术创新的战略形成过程，其后，针对A研究院民品化技术创新战略形成与特点进行了分析，提出了A研究院在技术创新时，应根据技术源的情况，分别适合采用技术领先和跟随模仿战略开展技术创新。结合理论，对A研究院民品化的技术创新过程模型和产业创新模式进行了分析，并总结了民品化技术创新的经验与教训，，指出了适合A研究院民品化技术创新的过程模型，为今后A研究院民品化的技术创新提供了理论基础。 结合核心竞争力理论，对A研究院的民品化技术创新源和创新能力进行了分析，总结了A研究院民品化技术创新能力的特点和要素，指出了民品化核心竞争力的构成和体现。技术创新和管理创新、与市场接轨的营销模式、过硬的军工技术质量、完全自主的知识产权、敬业忠诚的人才队伍等，推动着A研究院民品化的不断前进。
[Abstract]:The development of military enterprises in our country is an important practical problem, which needs to be explored in theory and practice. Research Institute A is one of the backbone military enterprises in our country, and has been exploring and practicing for more than 20 years. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the technological innovation of the A Institute, which is of great theoretical value and practical significance for guiding the development of the A Institute of Citizenship. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of technological innovation and core competence, and analyzes the research results at home and abroad, and points out the existing problems. This paper gives a brief introduction to the development course of A Research Institute's personalization, mainly the development of measurement and control industry and environmental protection industry, and analyzes the strategic formation process of the technological innovation of folklore, after which, the paper makes a brief introduction to the development process of the technology innovation. Based on the analysis of the formation and characteristics of the technology innovation strategy of A Research Institute, it is put forward that in the process of technology innovation, A Research Institute should adopt the technology leading and follow the imitation strategy to carry out the technology innovation according to the situation of the technology source. Combining with the theory, this paper analyzes the process model of technology innovation and the mode of industry innovation of A institute, summarizes the experience and lessons of the innovation, and points out the process model suitable for the technology innovation of A institute. It provides a theoretical basis for the future technical innovation of the A Institute. Based on the theory of core competence, this paper analyzes on the source and ability of technology innovation in A Institute, summarizes the characteristics and elements of the ability, and points out the constitution and embodiment of core competence. Technological innovation and management innovation, marketing mode in line with the market, excellent military technical quality, complete independent intellectual property rights, dedicated and loyal personnel, etc., promote the continuous progress of the A Institute's personalization.
