组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力的作用机制研究

【摘要】:自国家实施知识产权战略以来,对知识产权的研究开始从传统的知识产权保护转向知识产权能力。研究企业知识产权能力有利于企业现代化企业制度的建设,有利于促进企业管理创新与产权结构的调整。企业运用知识产权能力水平的高低决定着企业核心竞争力的强弱。企业专利能力是知识产权能力的延伸与拓展,主要包括专利创造、运用、管理和保护等四个方面的能力,是一个复杂的系统,有多层次、多结构等特征。基于经济学本身的研究方法及数据的可获得性,学术界对于知识产权的研究大部分集中于专利之上,所以本文主要研究企业专利创造能力。目前对于知识产权能力的研究,多数集中于探讨知识产权能力与企业创新能力及核心竞争力的关系,对产权能力影响因素的研究并不多见,且着重关注企业内部影响因素的研究甚少。本文研究专利能力的影响因素,突出研究组织的内部影响因素,是研究的创新之处,有一定的理论价值。在实际工业生产中可以发现,我国很多企业在硬件基础设施的投入相当之大,如资金、设备、场地等,但企业的创新绩效及专利能力并未得到提升。这种现象的根本原因在于组织缺乏积极向上的创新氛围,无法提供良好的创新“软环境”。可见,研究组织创新氛围对企业创新能力及企业效益的影响,有较强的实际意义。本研究主要研究企业专利创造能力的内部影响因素,着重研究组织创新氛围如何影响企业专利创造能力。本文首先梳理回顾组织创新氛围、组织学习能力及专利创造能力的相关研究文献,做好研究的理论铺垫,并对有关的文献进行归纳总结,推导出本研究的假设与模型;同时将进一步分析总结相关学者的研究,并结合本研究的需求,提炼出本研究的问卷量表;此外,对收集的问卷进行科学的统计处理,以验证研究假设与模型;最后,在实证统计分析的结果上,得到了本研究的研究结论,且提出了对企业培育专利创造能力的建议,并就本文的研究不足之处以及未来的研究方向提出了相应的建议。依据实证统计处理,在对比研究假设与模型的基础上,本文做出了如下结论:一、组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力有直接作用影响。二、组织学习能力在组织创新氛围对企业专利创造能力之间起完全中介作用。三、企业规模在组织创新氛围对专利创造能力的调节作用不成立。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy, the research on intellectual property has changed from traditional intellectual property protection to intellectual property capability. The research on the intellectual property ability of enterprises is beneficial to the construction of modern enterprise system and to the innovation of enterprise management and the adjustment of property rights structure. The level of the enterprise's ability to use intellectual property determines the strength of the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Patent capability is the extension and expansion of intellectual property right capability, which mainly includes the ability of patent creation, application, management and protection. It is a complex system with multi-level and multi-structure characteristics. Based on the research methods of economics and the availability of data, the research on intellectual property rights is mostly focused on patents, so this paper mainly studies the patent creation ability of enterprises. At present, most of the researches on intellectual property capacity focus on the relationship between intellectual property capability and innovation ability and core competence of enterprises, but few studies on the influencing factors of property right capability are found. And there are few researches focusing on the internal influencing factors of enterprises. This paper studies the influencing factors of patent ability, highlighting the internal influencing factors of the organization, is the innovation of the research, and has certain theoretical value. In the actual industrial production, it can be found that many enterprises in our country invest a lot in hardware infrastructure, such as capital, equipment, site and so on. However, the innovation performance and patent ability of enterprises have not been improved. The root cause of this phenomenon is that the organization lacks a positive innovation atmosphere and can not provide a good "soft environment" for innovation. It can be seen that it is of great practical significance to study the influence of organizational innovation atmosphere on enterprise innovation ability and enterprise benefit. This research mainly studies the internal influencing factors of the patent creation ability of enterprises, and focuses on how the organizational innovation atmosphere affects the patent creation ability of the enterprise. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant research literature on organizational innovation atmosphere, organizational learning ability and patent creation ability, makes a good theoretical preparation for the research, and summarizes the relevant literature, and deduces the hypotheses and models of this study. At the same time, the related scholars' research will be further analyzed and summarized, and combined with the needs of this study, the questionnaire of this study will be refined; in addition, the collected questionnaires will be processed scientifically to verify the hypothesis and model of the research; Finally, on the results of empirical statistical analysis, we get the research conclusions of this study, and put forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the patent creation ability of enterprises, and put forward the corresponding suggestions on the deficiency of this research and the future research direction. According to the empirical statistical processing, based on the comparative study of assumptions and models, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the organizational innovation atmosphere has a direct impact on the patent creation ability of enterprises. Second, organizational learning ability plays a complete intermediary role between organizational innovation atmosphere and patent creation ability. Thirdly, the regulating effect of enterprise scale on patent creation ability is not established in the atmosphere of organizational innovation.
