LNG船液货装卸模拟器教练员站开发研究
[Abstract]:With the vigorous advocacy of green energy, natural gas plays an increasingly important role in the future energy composition. LNG (liquefied natural gas) ships are special ships used to transport LNG. As the sea transport medium of LNG wharf and consumer, the liquid cargo operation of LNG ship is very important. According to the national development plan, a large number of LNG terminals will be put into construction and operation one after another, which needs a large number of high-quality LNG ship operators. The development of LNG ship cargo handling simulator with independent intellectual property is an effective shortcut to solve this problem. As a key part of the simulator, the performance of coach station system plays an important role in the training effect of the simulator. The main work of this study is as follows: (1) after reading a large number of references at home and abroad, we refer to the Neptune CHS simulator imported from Norway and combine the hardware equipment of our laboratory. The functional behavior requirements, performance requirements and operation requirements of the coach station system of LNG ship cargo handling simulator are determined. (2) based on the method of data flow chart, the data interface of coach station system is analyzed, the data exchange process of loading and unloading simulation training and special case disposal training is determined, and then the preliminary flow design scheme of the system is worked out. Some key technologies and important concepts involved in the network communication process of the system are explained in order to lay a foundation for the implementation of the coach station system. (3) considering the general principles and special requirements of the interface design of coach station system, part of the main control interface of coach station system is developed, which has good interaction and extensibility. After analyzing the database of the coach station system, the conceptual structure design and logic structure design of the system database are completed. (4) after the coach station controls the switch machine of the other subsystems of the simulator, Considering that the coach station system needs to transmit and receive different information flow in different periods of the training process, the Winsock socket based on TCP/IP protocol is selected and the combination of TCP and UDP is used. The network communication program between the coach station system and other subsystems of the simulator is developed with Visual Basic, and the data transmission between the coach station system and other subsystems of the simulator is realized.
