高校数字媒体资源管理平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国信息化水平不断地提高,各行业的信息化程度不断加深。高等学校的信息化也取得了比较显著的成就。当前,大部分高校有独立的信息技术服务部门和网络技术中心,负责校园办公网络、校园管理网络、微机室、图书馆资源管理平台等校园网软硬件设施的开发与维护。同时,高等学校也积累了大量的数字媒体信息资源,包括校园新闻、电子图书、教学视频、文本报告等。这些资源不仅包含传统的校园网站、校园BBS、图书馆电子书等,而且包含由教、学、研过程中和师生生活中产生的数字媒体数据。这些资源存储分散、缺乏统一管理、不便于共享和重复利用。 在这样的需求环境下,本文提出设计高校数字媒体资源管理平台,对校园网中的数字媒体资源进行整合,方便师生共享。本文采用Web技术进行整合原有Web平台资源,以及师生生活中和教学研过程中各学院机构产生的数字媒体资源。从知识产权保护、资源整合与检索、有偿资源管理三个角度设计与实现了资源管理系统。 本文首先分析了高校数字媒体资源管理的现状,提出高校数字媒体资源管理平台的设计与实现,简单介绍了平台的基本组成模块,并阐述了平台实现所需要的Linux、 Apache、 Mysql、 PHP (LAMP)、 Browser/Server架构等相关技术。 其次,本文从业务性需求、功能性需求和非功能性需求三个方面对高校数字资源管理平台进行需求分析,进而从校园Web平台数字媒体资源、教学资源共享库、数字媒体课程资源库、校园原创数字媒体资源库、知识产权举报入口、有偿资源管理、资源整合与检索六个方面提出了高校数字媒体资源管理平台的总体框架、具体模块设计和数据库设计。 第三,基于Apache、 Mysql、 PHP、 PDO、 Smarty技术介绍了数字媒体资源管理平台使用B/S架构的详细设计和实现,包括用户管理设计与实现、资源管理设计与实现、检索界面设计与实现,并测试了系统的实现情况。 最后对本文的工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the level of informatization in China, the degree of informatization in various industries is deepening. The informationization of colleges and universities has also made remarkable achievements. At present, most colleges and universities have independent information technology service departments and network technology centers, which are responsible for the development and maintenance of campus network software and hardware facilities, such as campus office network, campus management network, microcomputer room, library resource management platform and so on. At the same time, colleges and universities have also accumulated a large number of digital media information resources, including campus news, e-books, teaching videos, text reports and so on. These resources not only include traditional campus website, campus BBS, library e-book and so on, but also contain digital media data produced by teaching, learning, research process and teacher and student life. These resources are decentralized, lack of unified management, and are not easy to share and reuse. Under such a demand environment, this paper proposes to design a digital media resource management platform in colleges and universities to integrate the digital media resources in the campus network to facilitate the sharing of teachers and students. In this paper, Web technology is used to integrate the original Web platform resources, as well as the digital media resources produced by colleges and universities in the life of teachers and students and in the process of teaching and research. The resource management system is designed and implemented from three angles: intellectual property protection, resource integration and retrieval, and paid resource management. This paper first analyzes the present situation of digital media resource management in colleges and universities, puts forward the design and implementation of digital media resource management platform in colleges and universities, briefly introduces the basic components of the platform, and expounds the Linux, Apache, Mysql, needed for the realization of the platform. Secondly, this paper analyzes the requirements of digital resource management platform in colleges and universities from three aspects: business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and then from the campus Web platform digital media resources, teaching resources sharing library.
