技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新影响因素研究

【摘要】：技术创新在经济全球化和竞争加剧的环境下成为经济增长的主要动力。企业是技术创新的主体，，而在所有创新主体中，中小企业是技术创新的一个重要组成部分，在促进技术进步、带动经济增长、提升企业竞争力、降低失业率等方面起着非常重要的作用。但是，随着技术创新的发展及市场竞争的加剧，技术创新的不确定性、复杂性增加，对中小企业技术研究难度提出了更高的要求，其面临的技术创新风险也随之增大。加之中小企业技术创新的资源（资金、人才、设备、技术和其他资源等）不足，获取外部资源的能力较弱，对技术创新的知识产权保护能力不足，对技术创新风险的防御能力较弱，创新机制的不健全，管理能力的薄弱等阻碍因素的存在，致使凭借单个企业的资源和能力已经很难在市场竞争中获取竞争优势，保证其核心竞争力。此外，由于技术创新联盟的创新资源丰厚，近年来越来越受到我国政府和理论界的关注和研究，但是技术创新联盟内的共享资源在各创新主体间的分布不均现象日益明显，也限制了其竞争优势的发挥，而在技术创新联盟内各创新主体间的协同创新正是解决上述问题的好方式。技术创新联盟的协同创新，一方面能够避免创新过程中的资源投资重复问题；另一方面能够实现技术创新战略联盟各成员的利益最优化，提高企业的研发效率，实现单个参与者所无法实现的整体效应。而作为技术创新联盟内的一个重要组成部分的中小企业，通过其与各创新主体之间的协同，可以有效解决中小企业在技术创新过程中面临的资金、人才、信息等资源的匮乏及应对外部日益激烈变化的市场环境等问题，有效地提高中小企业技术创新的效率，迅速实现技术创新成果转化为现实生产力的目标，通过各创新主体间的协同，最终实现整体协同效应，即“1+12”的协同效应，实现技术创新联盟整体创新能力的提升。在理论界和企业界中，关于中小企业技术创新因素的研究一直是重点研究的问题。本文所要解决的问题是：在技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新的形成和发展过程中，分析出其协同创新的阻碍因素和促进因素。本文在对中小企业理论和协同学理论研究的基础上，对国内外中小企业协同创新进行全面的总结归纳，并对技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新影响因素进行分析。首先，通过大量文献研究，阐述了中小企业理论和协同创新理论，并且对技术创新联盟、本文的中小企业及技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新的概念进行界定；其次，在文献研究的基础上，对技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新的因素进行分析，并通过建立解释结构模型将协同创新影响因素分为四个层次，在此基础上，通过建立研究模型和提出研究假设，运用问卷调查法并结合统计分析方法对技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新影响因素与协同创新程度之间的关系进行实证研究，研究出各影响因子对对技术创新联盟内中小企业协同创新程度的作用程度。最后，根据研究结论，提出改进建议。

However, with the development of technological innovation and the intensification of market competition, the uncertainty of technological innovation and the increase of the complexity, the difficulty of the technology research of the small and medium-sized enterprises has brought forward higher requirements, and the risk of technological innovation is also increased. The collaborative innovation among the innovative subjects in the technical innovation alliance is a good way to solve the above problems. The innovation of technological innovation alliance can avoid the duplication of resource investment in the process of innovation; on the other hand, it can realize the optimization of the interests of each member of the technological innovation strategic alliance, improve the R & D efficiency of the enterprise and realize the overall effect that a single participant can't realize.
