制度因素对中国FDI技术溢出的效应研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化的大背景下，国际贸易日益频繁，各国纷纷进行国外投资建厂；作为国际资本流动形式之一的对外直接投资在转移资本的同时，也给东道国国内企业带来县先进的技术、管理经验和理念等无形的资产。但是随着经济的发展，世界范围内的各国资金短缺已经解决，采取措施吸引外资变成了各国的目标，但是，FDI技术溢出效应受到多种因素的影响，东道国的制度因素便是其一。本文研究制度因素对FDI技术溢出的影响，有利于为我国完善制度环境，吸引更多的外资提出政策建议。 论文主要是以中国作为东道国的角度来分析制度因素对FDI技术溢出的效应研究。论文在绪论部分将选题目的和意义等做了很详细的叙述，并且主要对国内外FDI技术溢出相关的文献进行了整理和梳理，使理论更加具有条理性；论文第一部分对FDI技术溢出的影响因素和渠道进行了具体分析，第二部分论文又重点的研究了市场经济开放程度和知识产权保护度这两个方面的制度因素在影响FDI技术溢出的内在机理。第三部分的实证检验，论文使用1997-2011年中国外商直接投资方面相关的时间序列数据建立模型，研究了知识产权保护度（PP）和市场经济开放程度（FR）这两个制度方面的因素对FDI在中国技术溢出的效应，研究发现，当不存在制度因素的情况下，，FDI技术溢出在我国存在着正向的效果；但是，考虑到制度因素存在的情况下，FDI技术溢出反而变得不明显甚至没有，由此可以发现，技术溢出受制度因素的影响，只有完善东道国的制度环境，才能够吸引对外直接投资，从而使FDI技术在东道国溢出，促进国内的技术进步。我国正处于转型期，制度环境不完善，所以FDI技术溢出也受到影响，根据中国的国情，论文在第四部分针对制度因素对FDI技术溢出的影响给出了政策建议，使我国应根据国情改善制度环境，使制度因素促进FDI技术溢出，从而带动我国技术进步，促进经济发展。
[Abstract]:In the background of economic globalization, international trade is becoming more and more frequent, and foreign investment and construction plants are being carried out by various countries; as one of the international capital flow forms, foreign direct investment, while transferring capital, brings the state-of-the-art technology to the domestic enterprises of the host country, An intangible asset, such as management experience and philosophy. However, with the development of economy, the shortage of funds in the world has been solved, and taking measures to attract foreign capital has become the goal of all countries. However, the spillover effect of FDI has been affected by many factors, and the institutional factors of the host country are one. This paper studies the influence of the system factors on the spillover of the technology of FDI, which is conducive to the improvement of the system environment in our country and to attract more foreign capital to put forward the policy suggestions. The paper mainly analyses the effect of the institutional factors on the spillover of the technology of FDI in China as the host country. This paper makes a detailed description of the purpose and significance of the selection of the topic in the introduction section, and makes a detailed description of the literature related to the spillover of the domestic and foreign direct investment, and makes the theory more reasonable. The first part of the paper makes a concrete analysis of the influence factors and channels of the spillover of the technology of FDI, and the second part focuses on the internal machine that influences the spillover of the technology of FDI in the aspects of the openness of the market economy and the degree of protection of the intellectual property. Based on the empirical test of the third part, the paper establishes a model using the time series data related to the foreign direct investment in China from 1997 to 2011, and studies the effect of the two systems of the intellectual property protection degree (PP) and the opening degree (FR) of the market economy on the spillover effect of FDI in China It should be found that, in the absence of institutional factors, the spillover of the technology of FDI has a positive effect in China; however, in the light of the existence of the institutional factors, the spillover of the technology of FDI has become less obvious and not even, and it can be found that the technology spillover is the shadow of the institutional factors.
