【摘要】：美国是世界第一大矿产资源强国,其对全球矿产资源产业链的掌握使其站在了全球矿产资源利益链条的顶端。系统分析美国矿产资源地位及其资源战略体系对我国有极强的借鉴意义。研究发现:美国是全球第一大矿产资源国家,其资源禀赋、生产和消费均居世界前列;长期以来,美国通过资源占有、金融手段以及政治手段等多种方式实现了对全球矿产资源产业链的控制,为美国的矿产资源霸权提供基础;美国成为第一大矿产资源强国的主要经验是:丰富的矿产资源基础;资本导向的强大的民间矿业企业;将矿产资源战略纳入国家战略。
[Abstract]:The United States is the world's largest mineral resource power, and its grasp of the global mineral resources industry chain has made it stand at the top of the global mineral resources interest chain. The systematic analysis of the status of mineral resources in the United States and its strategic system of resources is of great significance to our country. The study found that: the United States is the world's largest mineral resources, the resources, production and consumption are among the best in the world; for a long time, the United States through the share of resources, financial means and political means and other means to achieve the control of the global mineral resources industry chain, to provide a basis for mineral resources of the hegemony of the United States; the United States became the main experience the first major mineral resources: power is the foundation of rich mineral resources; folk capital oriented mining enterprises strong; the mineral resources strategy into national strategies.
