【摘要】：建设工程是百年大计,它是城市的重要组成部分。建筑业与人类社会生活息息相关,它为人们营造了一个和谐和安宁的精神家园成为我们必不可少的一部分。建设工程的质量关系到人们的人身财产安全,重要工程的质量甚至对社会政治、经济活动产生巨大影响。建筑行业包括的范围广,行业的企业集中度不高,行业的企业数量众多。新时期我国建筑业在蓬勃发展的同时,也出现诸多令人担忧的问题,如工程事故的屡次发生,出现有增无减的势头。部分建筑工程仍然存在设计质量不高、质量意识薄弱、野蛮施工、质量监管不到位等不良现象,给后期的使用埋下了安全隐患,特别是一些建设工程安全事故一旦发生将给人们的生命财产和国家利益造成难以估量的损失。本文依次对建筑工程和建筑工程技术人员作简要概述、建筑工程技术人员职业道德内涵及其特点分析,结合建筑业工程技术人员职业道德规范,设计调查问卷到建筑企业进行统计分析,概述了我国建筑工程技术人员职业道德现状。通过本文研究,笔者进一步分析造成职业道德缺失的成因。希望我国建筑工程技术人员职业道德建设环境能得到进一步的净化,建筑工程技术人员自身能正确地厘清工程事故与职业道德之间的关系,并针对性地提出相应职业道德建设路径措施,达到真正提高建筑工程技术人员职业道德水平和职业思想道德修养的目的,使他们能更好地担负起时代赋予的社会责任,为人类社会做出更大的贡献。
[Abstract]:Construction is crucial, it is an important part of the city. The construction industry is closely related to the social life of human beings, it is for people to create a harmonious and peaceful spiritual home to become a part of our essential. Construction quality is related to people's personal and property safety, the quality of the projects or even important to social politics, produce the huge impact of economic activity. The range of the construction industry wide, industry concentration is not high, a large number of enterprises in the industry. With the rapid development of China's construction industry in the new period, there are many worrying problems, such as engineering accidents occur frequently and appear ever-increasing momentum. Some building projects still exist the design quality is not high, quality consciousness is weak, barbaric construction, quality supervision is not in place and other undesirable phenomena, for later use buried a security risk, especially in construction industry Process safety accident will cause incalculable losses to people's lives and property and the interests of the state. This paper makes a brief introduction of building engineering and engineering and technical personnel, analysis of construction engineering and technical personnel occupation moral connotation and characteristics, combined with construction engineering and technical personnel occupation ethics, statistical analysis of questionnaires to construction enterprises overview of China's construction, engineering and technical personnel occupation moral situation. Through this research, the author further analyzes the causes of occupation moral failings. I hope technology of our country architectural engineering staff occupation moral construction environment can be further purified, construction engineering and technical personnel can correctly to clarify the relationship between engineering accidents and occupation morals, and the paper puts forward the corresponding measures of occupation moral construction path, to really improve the construction engineering and technical personnel occupation The purpose of moral level and professional ideological and moral cultivation makes them more able to shoulder the social responsibility endowed by the times and make greater contributions to the human society.
