【摘要】:企业战略管理是各国企业都普遍关注的问题,因为理想的发展战略是企业实现理想目标的基本保障。近些年来,国家对煤炭企业准入政策进行调整,推动煤炭行业进行供给侧结构性改革,淘汰落后产能,煤炭企业已经走上转型升级的道路。在这样的国家政策和经济环境下,煤炭企业更需要关注自身的发展战略。和许多煤炭企业相似,SH公司战略管理存在问题也比较大,其战略管理难以适应时代的新要求。这不仅严重影响企业员工工作的积极性,也影响了企业经营效率的提升,因此对SH公司战略管理问题的研究就具有紧迫性。本文主要研究内容如下:第一章分析了与本文相关的国内外研究现状,并且对国内外研究现状进行评述;第二章分析了战略管理相关理论(包括:波特竞争战略、核心竞争力理论、产品生命周期理论),并且分析了战略管理相关分析方法(包括:PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、企业五力模型分析法);第三章介绍了 SH公司发展历史和现状,利用PEST分析工具对SH公司的宏观环境进行分析、运用五力模型对SH公司的行业环境进行分析,并分析了 SH公司的内部的几种核心能力。第四章在对SH公司内外部环境分析的基础上,运用SWOT分析方法SH公司优势、劣势以及内外部机会和威胁进行了分析,据此提出适合SH公司的发展战略,进而明确企业的分阶段战略目标和重点。在此基础上提出了保障SH公司战略实施的措施。第五章对全文进行总结。经过研究本文提出基于核心竞争力的业务拓展发展战略,具体为:抓住宏观政策机会,顺应行业发展趋势,利用SH公司核心技术优势,在保有当前煤炭业务市场的情况下,增加现有业务单元,扩展产品业务市场,增加公司产品的应用领域。本文提出的这些措施是对煤炭企业管理理论的有益探索,不仅可以为煤炭企业战略管理优化提供理论依据,而且有助于煤炭企业保持长久不衰的竞争力。
[Abstract]:Enterprise strategic management is a common concern of enterprises all over the world, because the ideal development strategy is the basic guarantee for enterprises to achieve their ideal goals. In recent years, the country has adjusted the access policy of coal enterprises. To promote supply-side structural reform of the coal industry, eliminate backward production capacity, coal enterprises have embarked on the road of transformation and upgrading. In such a national policy and economic environment. Coal enterprises need to pay more attention to their own development strategy. Similar to many coal enterprises, the strategic management of SH companies also has more problems. Its strategic management is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of the times, which not only seriously affect the enthusiasm of the employees, but also affect the efficiency of the enterprise management. Therefore, it is urgent to study the strategic management of SH Company. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation related to this article, and reviews the domestic and foreign research status quo; The second chapter analyzes the related theories of strategic management (including Porter's competitive strategy, core competence theory, product life cycle theory), and analyzes the relevant analysis methods of strategic management (including the analysis of "1: PEST"). SWOT analysis, enterprise five-force model analysis; The third chapter introduces the development history and current situation of SH Company, using PEST analysis tools to analyze the macro environment of SH Company, and using the five-force model to analyze the industry environment of SH Company. In chapter 4th, based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of SH Company, the author uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages of SH Company. The disadvantages as well as internal and external opportunities and threats are analyzed, and the development strategy suitable for SH company is put forward. On the basis of this, the measures to ensure the implementation of SH company's strategy are put forward. Chapter 5th summarizes the full text. After studying, this paper puts forward the business extension based on core competence. Development strategy. Specifically: seize the macro policy opportunities, conform to the industry development trend, using SH company core technology advantages, while retaining the current coal business market, increase the existing business units, expand the product business market. These measures proposed in this paper are beneficial exploration to the theory of coal enterprise management, and not only can provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of strategic management of coal enterprises. And help coal enterprises to maintain long-lasting competitiveness.
