【摘要】:随着传统建造方式弊端越来越凸显和国家推行装配式建筑政策的发布,国内许多城市纷纷响应号召,积极推进装配式建筑。在一些工业化较发达国家,装配式建筑占有较高的比例,拥有成熟的技术体系,部品、部件标准化程度高、产业链完善。与这些国家相比,我国建造方式以现浇施工为主,建造效率不高。为了节约资源、保护环境、加快建筑行业供给侧结构性改革和提升建造水平,装配式建筑成为我国建造方式改革的一种途径。成都市作为西部大开发的一个重要城市,其装配式建筑发展和推广为西南地区其他城市起到十分重要的示范作用。论文旨在分析成都市装配式建筑发展制约因素,并提出相应的对策建议,为成都市装配式建筑发展和推广提供有益的参考和借鉴。论文首先对装配式建筑的相关概念进行了界定,有助于把握推行装配式建筑的意义。然后介绍国外装配式建筑发展概况和历程,总结了三个比较典型的装配式建筑发展模式,分别是欧洲国家注重技术、部品部件和标准规范的标准化建设,美国发展部品、部件模块化技术和日本的结构和内装相协调的发展模式,希望从这些国家装配式建筑的发展中寻求借鉴和启示。同时,介绍我国的装配式建筑发展概况,通过和国外装配式建筑的发展概况作比较,总结出我国发展装配式建筑的突破口是与保障性住房建设需求相结合,尽早实现结构体系和部品部件的标准化,发展结构主体的装配式和内装装配式,将装配式技术与信息技术和低碳技术融合。由于不同地区自然条件不同,不同装配式建筑结构体系在不同地区应该以不同模式发展。采用文献调查和实际调研的方法收集并统计了制约装配式建筑发展的42个因素,通过专家调查法和调查问卷对因素进行筛选,借助IBM SPSS Statistics17软件对调查结果进行统计分析,最终将成都市装配式建筑发展制约因素归纳为经济、技术、政策法规和市场四个方面的23个制约因素,以此建立成都市装配式建筑发展制约指标体系。为了对已建立的制约指标体系中各个制约因素之间的相互影响关系进行分析,运用解释结构模型(ISM)对制约因素进行层级划分,找出表层直接、中层间接和深层根本影响因素。由于对表层直接影响因素进行改进可以对系统产生明显的促进效果,因而采用层次分析法(AHP)对表层直接影响因素进行两两打分,通过Yaahp软件计算表层直接层影响因素重要度并进行排序,找出制约成都市装配式建筑发展的关键因素,从而明确发展成都市装配式建筑的首要任务。最后,针对深层根本影响因素和关键表层直接影响因素从政策、技术、部晶体系、经济和市场方面提出符合成都市概况的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:With the disadvantages of the traditional construction way more and more prominent and the promulgation of the prefabricated building policy, many cities in China have responded to the call and actively promoted the assembly building. The prefabricated building occupies a high proportion, with mature technical system, parts, parts standardization, perfect industrial chain. Compared with these countries, the construction mode of our country is mainly cast-in-place construction. Construction efficiency is not high. In order to save resources, protect the environment, accelerate the construction industry supply-side structural reform and improve the construction level. Prefabricated architecture has become a way to reform the construction mode of our country. Chengdu is an important city in the development of the western region. The development and promotion of prefabricated architecture plays a very important role in the demonstration of other cities in Southwest China. This paper aims to analyze the constraints of the development of prefabricated buildings in Chengdu and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. For Chengdu prefabricated architecture development and promotion to provide a useful reference and reference. Firstly, the paper defines the related concepts of assembly architecture. It is helpful to grasp the significance of implementing prefabricated architecture. Then it introduces the general situation and history of foreign prefabricated architecture and summarizes three more typical development models of prefabricated architecture, one of which is that European countries pay attention to technology. Standardization of parts and Standards and specifications, Department of Development products, component Modular Technology, and a coordinated Development Model for Japan's structure and internals. The author hopes to seek reference and inspiration from the development of prefabricated architecture in these countries. At the same time, it introduces the general situation of the development of prefabricated architecture in our country, and compares it with that of foreign prefabricated architecture. It is concluded that the breakthrough of the development of prefabricated architecture in China is to combine with the demand of supportable housing construction, realize the standardization of the structure system and parts as soon as possible, and develop the prefabricated and internal assembly of the main body of the structure. Integration of prefabricated technologies with information technology and low-carbon technologies, due to different natural conditions in different regions. Different prefabricated building structure systems should be developed in different models in different areas. 42 factors restricting the development of prefabricated buildings are collected and counted by the methods of literature investigation and actual investigation. The factors were screened by the method of expert investigation and questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics17 software. Finally, the constraints of the development of Chengdu prefabricated architecture are summed up as 23 constraints in four aspects: economy, technology, policies and regulations, and market. In order to analyze the relationship between the constraints of each factor in the established index system of constraints, this paper establishes the index system of constraints for the development of prefabricated buildings in Chengdu. By using the explanatory structure model (ISM), the constraints are classified into different levels and the surface layer is found out directly. Because of the improvement of the direct influence factors on the surface layer, the system can be obviously promoted. Therefore, the paper uses AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) to score the direct influencing factors of surface layer in pairwise, and calculates the importance degree of influencing factors of surface direct layer by Yaahp software and sorts them. Find out the key factors that restrict the development of Chengdu assembly architecture, so as to make clear the first task of developing Chengdu assembly architecture. Finally, in view of the deep fundamental influence factors and the key surface direct influence factors from the policy. Technical, sectorial system, economic and market aspects are put forward in line with the general situation of Chengdu countermeasures and suggestions.
