【摘要】：近几年随着点餐、外卖、团购等互联网化影响及消费者对食品安全的重视,餐饮食材的供应链逐渐成为了焦点。基于餐饮冷冻食材供应链需求衍生的金融需求显现。供应链金融模式的建立可以有效解决餐饮食材供应链上的融资问题,更好地促进行业稳健发展。供应链金融作为新兴的业态,在实践运用中涌现了出各种金融模式,其风险管理成为供应链金融中最核心的课题。本文尝试从供应链金融风险管理的角度分析风险的因素及相应的管理方式,并通过冷冻食材的相关特点以理论与实践结合的方式进行分析。从供应链发展历程至供应链存在的风险出发,论述供应链金融的主要风险来源及管理方式。随后结合武汉良中行供应链公司在开展供应链金融业务过程中主要风险识别及管控的案例,对冷冻食材行业的供应链风险进行了详细的论述。全文分为理论分析、案例研究和结论建议三部分。理论分析部分,论述了供应链发展及衍生的供应链金融发展过程。重点介绍了供应链金融风险的特点及供应链金融的模式,阐述了供应链金融的风险因素及管控方式。案例研究部分结合冷冻食材的特点对武汉良中行供应链公司进行分析。提出了基于真实交易数据的风险管控模式,为现有的食材行业提供了供应链金融风险管控的参考和指引。第三部分结合论证提出相应的研究结论及存在的不足。本文希望在理论与实践结合的基础之上,为当前冷冻食材行业的供应链金融业务提出一些相应的风险管控的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the order, take-out, group purchase and other Internet impact and consumer attention to food safety. Food supply chain has gradually become the focus. Based on food frozen food supply chain demand derived from the financial demand appears. The establishment of the supply chain financial model can effectively solve the food and beverage supply chain financing problems. Supply chain finance, as a new form of business, has emerged a variety of financial models in practice. The risk management has become the core issue in the supply chain finance. This paper tries to analyze the risk factors and the corresponding management methods from the perspective of the supply chain financial risk management. And through the relevant characteristics of frozen food materials with the combination of theory and practice analysis, from the supply chain development process to supply chain risks. This paper discusses the main risk sources and management methods of supply chain finance. Then combined with Wuhan Liangzhong supply chain Company in the development of supply chain financial business in the main risk identification and control cases. The supply chain risk of frozen food industry is discussed in detail. The full text is divided into three parts: theoretical analysis, case study and conclusions and suggestions. This paper discusses the development of supply chain and the development process of supply chain finance, and introduces the characteristics of supply chain financial risk and the mode of supply chain finance. This paper expounds the risk factors and management methods of supply chain finance. The case study part analyzes the supply chain company of Wuhan Liangzhong Bank in combination with the characteristics of frozen food materials, and puts forward a risk management model based on real transaction data. For the existing food industry to provide a supply chain financial risk management reference and guidance. The third part combined with the demonstration of the corresponding research conclusions and shortcomings. This paper hopes to combine theory with practice on the basis of. To the current frozen food industry supply chain financial business to put forward some corresponding risk management suggestions.
