【摘要】:发展新能源汽车产业不仅是产业升级需要,也是未来趋势所在。我国政府在“十三五”规划中明确提出要大力支持新能源汽车产业发展,并且制定了一系列产业政策。经济新常态下,以新能源汽车产业为代表的战略性新兴产业作为实体经济的重要支撑,其产业竞争力的提升有助于自主品牌汽车抢占战略竞争高地。本文围绕自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力,以产业竞争力理论为基础,综合运用波特“钻石模型”、因子分析法,对自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力进行定性和定量分析。首先说明了研究背景、意义,明确了自主品牌、新能源汽车产业竞争力的内涵。其次,分析产业竞争力形成机制,剖析了自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力各因素的作用机理及相互作用。然后,结合自主品牌新能源汽车产业特征和产业发展概况,运用波特“钻石模型”模型对自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力的要素进行全面评价,并分析了新能源汽车产业的优势与劣势,实现了对自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力优劣的全方位了解。再次,采用因子分析,从生产、市场、技术和资本四个方面选取评价指标对自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力进行实证分析;实证分析分别以不同新能源车企数据进行国内新能源汽车产业竞争力因子横向比较,并与全球新能源汽车产量排名前五的国家进行了产业国际竞争力的比较分析。最后依据定性分析与定量分析的结果分别从缩小核心技术差距、加强宣传推广、优化政策环境体系等方面提出自主品牌新能源汽车产业竞争力提升的相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:The development of new energy automotive industry is not only the need for industrial upgrading, but also the future trend. The Chinese government in the "13th Five-Year" plan explicitly proposed to vigorously support the development of new energy automotive industry, and developed a series of industrial policies. Under the new economic norm, the new energy automotive industry as the representative of the strategic emerging industries as an important support entity the economy, the competitiveness of the industry to help the independent brand automobile competition to seize the strategic heights. This paper focuses on the brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness, based on the industry competition theory, using Potter's "Diamond Model", the factor analysis method, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness. First of all the research background, significance, defines the connotation of independent brands, the competitiveness of new energy automotive industry. Secondly, analyze the industrial competitive force forming machine System, analysis the mechanism of various factors of independent brand competitiveness of new energy automotive industry and interaction. Then, combined with the general situation of the automobile industry characteristics and the development of new energy industry brands, using elements of Potter's "Diamond Model" model of independent brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness comprehensive evaluation, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the new the energy of the automobile industry, realize the full range of independent brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness between understanding. Again, using factor analysis, from four aspects of production, market, technology and capital to select evaluation index to make an empirical analysis on the brand new energy automobile industry competitiveness; empirical analysis in different new energy car prices data China new energy automobile industry competitiveness factor comparison, and global production of new energy vehicles, the top five countries in the industrial international competitiveness Finally, based on the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the related policy recommendations for upgrading the competitiveness of independent brand new energy vehicle industry are put forward from the following aspects: narrowing the core technology gap, strengthening publicity and promotion, and optimizing the policy environment system.
