【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的加快,跨国经营已经成为当今世界经济中的一个普遍现象,那么跨文化沟通也成为在华外资企业管理中的重要课题。西门子深圳分公司作为德国西门子公司全资子公司,有近30%的德国员工在公司内部任职,在日常工作生活中,难免会与本土员工存在着跨文化沟通的障碍,使企业内部在跨国和跨部门合作中由于跨文化引起的障碍频发,导致了企业内组织沟通效率和凝聚力的低下,员工积极性不高等问题的出现。这些问题都亟待管理者的关注和解决,而管理者能否找出跨文化沟通障碍的克服方法,并是否能避免或减少未来的跨文化沟通问题,关系到企业的未来效率和可持续发展。本文以西门子深圳分公司为研究对象,结合跨文化沟通领域的相关文献和理论综述,对西门子深圳分公司的跨文化沟通现状进行了深入地研究和分析。首先通过文献综述法,回顾总结了国内外关于跨文化沟通相关概念及理论研究成果,为后续的研究打下坚实的理论基础;其次,对西门子深圳分公司存在的典型跨文化沟通案例进行了描述和深刻的分析;接着运用5W理论模型,通过深度访谈,分析了该公司内部存在的跨文化沟通障碍,并在对其成因进行分析的基础上,分别从沟通主体和沟通客体,沟通内容,沟通渠道和沟通效果五个方面提出解决的对策建议。本文的研究结论及对策,不仅对今后西门子深圳分公司跨文化沟通效果的提升产生重要的影响,同时也能够对其他同类跨国企业跨文化沟通的顺利进行提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, transnational operation has become a universal phenomenon in the world economy. Therefore, cross-cultural communication has also become an important issue in the management of foreign-funded enterprises in China. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens, Siemens Shenzhen has nearly 30% German employees working in the company. In the daily work life, it is inevitable to have cross-cultural communication barriers with local employees, which makes the cross-cultural obstacles occur frequently in transnational and inter-departmental cooperation. This has led to the low efficiency and cohesion of organizational communication in enterprises and the emergence of problems such as low enthusiasm of employees. These problems are urgent for managers to pay attention to and solve. Whether managers can find out how to overcome the obstacles of intercultural communication, and whether they can avoid or reduce the problems of cross-cultural communication in the future. Related to the future efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises. This paper takes Siemens Shenzhen Branch as the research object, combined with cross-cultural communication related literature and theoretical review. The current situation of cross-cultural communication in Siemens Shenzhen Branch is studied and analyzed. Firstly, through literature review, the related concepts and theoretical research results of cross-cultural communication at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized. Lay a solid theoretical foundation for further research; Secondly, the typical cross-cultural communication cases of Siemens Shenzhen Branch are described and deeply analyzed. Then using the 5W theory model, through in-depth interviews, analyzes the internal cross-cultural communication obstacles, and on the basis of the analysis of its causes, respectively from the communication between the subject and the communication object, communication content. The research conclusions and countermeasures of this paper will not only have an important impact on the promotion of cross-cultural communication effect of Siemens Shenzhen Branch in the future. At the same time, it can also provide some reference and reference for other similar multinational enterprises in cross-cultural communication.
