【摘要】：本研究界定了高端装备制造企业与供应商相互依赖关系的内涵,基于资源依赖理论、关系理论、交易成本理论分析了双方相互依赖关系形成的驱动因素,在此基础上结合典型案例揭示了不同情境下双方相互依赖关系形成的三种过程,最后提炼出双方相互依赖关系形成过程机理模型,为高端装备制造企业与供应商建立相互依赖关系提供了理论基础和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:This study defines the connotation of the interdependence between high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and suppliers. Based on resource dependence theory, relationship theory and transaction cost theory, it analyzes the driving factors of the formation of interdependence between the two parties. On this basis, combined with typical cases to reveal the formation of interdependence between the two parties in different situations of the three processes, and finally refined the formation of mutual dependence mechanism model. It provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the establishment of interdependence between high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and suppliers.
