S印刷公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:S印刷公司是在全国的印刷企业中处于龙头的地位,在其所在的华北区域排行业内第一的位置,能够代表华北地区的印刷行业的生产水平和发展状况。首先,在S印刷公司不懈的努力之下,企业已经取得不俗的成绩,在国内的印刷行业占有一席之地,发展蒸蒸日上;但是与此同时,S印刷公司也正在遭遇发展瓶颈,战略管理方面的不足确实成为了制约企业进一步发展的阻碍,使得企业不能持续健康的继续扩大和发展,当前的状态下有些止步不前。本文根据S印刷公司的现状进行了分析,引用国内外的战略研究文献,重申对于企业而言,战略制定的重要地位,同时从方法论出发,在广泛吸收参考战略研究专家学者观点的基础上,总结梳理战略管理和制定战略的趋势,提出了制定发展战略的内容和方法。本文运用SWOT分析模型,从SWOT涉及到的四个方面对S印刷公司进行了深度剖析。结合PEST分析模型,对印刷行业战略发展环境细致的分析,根据以上分析结果,从而提出S印刷公司能够选择的发展战略,明确企业战略重点和战略实施保障措施。基于以上分析,本文最后得到结论:未来S印刷公司的经营方向应着眼于充分发挥自身优势,通过成长型及成本领先发展战略,为提升S印刷公司印刷产业链运营水平和效益,实现企业成本领先战略,S印刷公司可提供自身材料供应商的议价能力,进一步把原料采购成本进一步降低,取得成本优势。文中最后为S印刷公司战略发展提出实施措施,包括:推进技术创新、优化产品结构、推进产品品牌化建设、加强信息化技术的使用、创建学习型企业文化等战略实施保障措施等。本文应用启示:本文通过实证研究的方法,通过对外国印刷业市场战略的认识,对我国当前的印刷业的现状和处境进行分析,帮助我国的印刷企业准确判断外部形势,理清内外部的优劣势,认清面临的机遇和挑战,利用好自身优势,及时规避发展劣势,合理制定战略转型方案。印刷企业要切合自身发展并将资源利用最大化。本文研究成果为印刷企业决策和部署提供素材及借鉴案例,继而寻求区域印刷业解决求生存图发展与整体实力弱的矛盾的解决,提供实践理论支持,具有重大的参考价值及实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:S printing company is in the national printing enterprises in the leading position, in its position in the North China region in the first position, can represent the North China printing industry production level and development. First of all. Under the unremitting efforts of S Printing Company, the enterprise has made good achievements, in the domestic printing industry has a place, the development of prosperity; But at the same time, the S printing company is also experiencing the bottleneck of development, the lack of strategic management has indeed become a hindrance to the further development of the enterprise, making the enterprise can not continue to expand and develop healthily. According to the current situation of S Printing Company, this paper analyzes the strategic research literature at home and abroad, and reiterates the importance of strategy making for enterprises. At the same time, from the perspective of methodology, on the basis of widely absorbing the views of experts and scholars of strategic research, the author summarizes the trend of strategic management and strategy formulation. This paper puts forward the content and method of formulating development strategy. This paper analyzes S Printing Company from four aspects involved in SWOT by using SWOT analysis model. Combined with PEST analysis model. On the basis of the above analysis, the development strategy of S Printing Company can be selected, and the strategic emphases of the enterprise and the measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy are clearly defined according to the detailed analysis of the development environment of the printing industry strategy, based on the above analysis. Finally, this paper draws a conclusion: the future business direction of S printing company should focus on giving full play to its own advantages, through the growth and cost leading development strategy, in order to improve the S printing company printing industry chain operation level and efficiency. To realize the enterprise cost leading strategy S printing company can provide the bargaining power of its own material suppliers and further reduce the cost of purchasing raw materials. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation measures for the strategic development of S Printing Company, including: promoting technological innovation, optimizing product structure, promoting product brand construction, strengthening the use of information technology. This article applies the enlightenment: this article through the empirical research method, through the foreign printing industry market strategy understanding. This paper analyzes the current situation and situation of the printing industry in China to help the printing enterprises accurately judge the external situation, clear the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external, recognize the opportunities and challenges faced, and make good use of their own advantages. Timely avoid the disadvantages of development, reasonable formulation of strategic transformation program. Printing enterprises should be in line with their own development and maximize the use of resources. The research results of this paper provide materials and reference cases for the decision and deployment of printing enterprises. Then it is of great reference value and practical guiding significance to seek the solution of the contradiction between the survival map development and the weak overall strength of the regional printing industry and to provide practical theoretical support.
