中国食物消费结构变化对植物油市场的影响

【摘要】：随着收入水平不断提高,中国居民食物消费结构发生了较大变化,突出表现为肉蛋奶产品消费的增加。这一变化带动畜牧业快速发展,进而导致豆粕饲料需求以及作为豆粕生产主要副产品的豆油产量增加。本文借助ED模型(Equilibrium Displacement Model)对以上相关市场之间的关系进行研究,旨在分析居民食物消费结构变化对中国植物油市场的影响。研究结果表明中国居民不断增长的肉蛋奶产品消费量将会通过畜牧业生产扩张和现代化使豆油产量增加,从而给非大豆类植物油国内供给带来挤压效应。本文研究结论对油料作物种植户和作物结构调整等相关政策制定具有重要意义,并给食物消费结构变化的相关研究提供了有益补充。
[Abstract]:With the rising income level, the food consumption structure of Chinese residents has changed greatly, which is highlighted by the increase in consumption of meat, eggs and milk products. This change has led to the rapid development of animal husbandry. Therefore, the demand for soybean meal feed and the soybean oil production, which is the main by-product of soybean meal production, are increased. The relationship between the above markets is studied by means of Ed model Equilibrium Displacement Model. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of changes in the food consumption structure on the Chinese vegetable oil market. The results show that the increasing consumption of meat, eggs and milk products will increase soybean oil production through the expansion and modernization of livestock production. The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to the establishment of related policies such as oil crop growers and crop structure adjustment. It also provides a useful supplement to the research on the change of food consumption structure.
