基于供需视角的物流业与制造业协同发展实证研究

【摘要】：随着制造业生产原材料的成本、人工成本、基础设施设备成本等各要素成本的不断提高,我国逐渐进入了产业转移的大趋势,东部地区和国外的劳动密集型、低附加价值型和技术密集型制造企业相继开始向中国中西部地区转移,然而已经较为成熟的物流产业配套系统随着产业的转移而变得不再那么受用。转移到中西部地区的制造业面临新的环境,在成本要素相对较低的情况下,物流产业与制造业的协同配套发展成为了产业转移的最重要的研究内容。本文通过研究大量文献,改变以往从经济角度研究的方法,从物流运输、仓储、包装、装卸搬运的业务供需角度着手,采用分层抽样调查和灰色关联矩阵结合的方法,探索产业转移背景下的物流业与制造业的物流业务的供给和需求的协同性,最终通过物流量供给分析达到研究两个产业之间的协同关系或者协同规律的目的。本文是理论分析、模型构建以及实证分析相结合的研究。理论分析方面主要分析本论文的写作背景、供需视角下的两业协同发展现状以及协同发展机理。首先根据世界产业转移历史总结了我国自改革开放以来经历的三次产业转移,并通过采集大量的数据,研究我国的制造业和物流业对物流业务的供需协同发展现状,总结了目前我国物流业与制造业发展协同性存在的一些不足方面,从而达到引出当下对制造业与物流业的物流供需协同发展研究的重要性的目的;其次还详细分析了物流业与制造业之间物流业务供给协同和需求协同的机理,明确了两业之间的物流供需协同关系。模型的构建主要是分层抽样调查和灰色关联的结合应用。首先确定本文模型详细指标,通过分层抽样调查获取指标的市场数据,构建数据估计模型以估计区域总数据;再引用灰色关联矩阵模型,以计算物流业的运输、仓储、包装、装卸搬运业务供给系统与制造业的运输、仓储、包装、装卸搬运业务需求系统的协同性,从而探索出两个产业的物流供给和需求的协同关系及规律。实证分析方面主要体现在对荣昌板桥工业园的物流业、制造业(主要包括电子信息业、生物科技业、装备制造业、农产品深加工业、其他轻工建材业)进行物流业务的供需协同性分析。首先通过市场分层抽样调查获取物流业和制造业的运输、仓储、包装、装卸搬运的年度数据;然后通过灰色关联矩阵法计算出四个功能子系统中物流业与五个制造业的业务供需协同度;最后还针对算例分析结果从政府、制造业、物流业、投资者四个方面分别对荣昌的物流业与制造业协同发展提出了相对应的建议和措施,对荣昌的板桥工业园物流业与制造业的物流供需协同发展具有重要的研究意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasing cost of manufacturing raw materials, labor, infrastructure and equipment, China has gradually entered the trend of industrial transfer, labor intensive in the eastern region and abroad. Low-value and technology-intensive manufacturing enterprises began to transfer to the central and western regions of China one after another. However, the logistics industry matching system, which is already more mature, has become less useful with the transfer of industries. The manufacturing industry transferred to the central and western regions is facing a new environment, and the cost factors are relatively low. The coordinated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry has become the most important research content of industrial transfer. From the point of view of supply and demand of loading and unloading business, the method of stratified sampling survey and grey correlation matrix is adopted to explore the synergy of supply and demand between logistics industry and manufacturing industry under the background of industrial transfer. Finally, through the material flow supply analysis to study the synergy between the two industries or the law of synergy. Research on the combination of model construction and empirical analysis. Theoretical analysis mainly analyzes the writing background of this paper. Firstly, according to the history of industrial transfer in the world, it summarizes the three industrial transfers experienced by our country since the reform and opening up, and through collecting a large number of data, the paper analyzes the current situation and mechanism of the coordinated development of the two industries from the perspective of supply and demand. This paper studies the current situation of supply and demand coordination development of logistics business in China's manufacturing industry and logistics industry, and summarizes some deficiencies in the development of synergy between logistics industry and manufacturing industry in China. In order to draw out the importance of the current research on logistics supply and demand coordination development between manufacturing industry and logistics industry. Secondly, the mechanism of logistics business supply coordination and demand coordination between logistics industry and manufacturing industry is analyzed in detail. The relationship between logistics supply and demand between the two industries is clarified. The construction of the model is mainly the combination of stratified sampling survey and grey correlation. Firstly, the detailed index of the model is determined, and the market data of the index is obtained by stratified sampling survey. A data estimation model is constructed to estimate the total regional data, and a grey relational matrix model is used to calculate the transportation, storage, packaging, handling, handling and supply systems of the logistics industry and the transportation, storage and packaging of the manufacturing industry. The coordination of the demand system for handling and handling business, thus exploring the synergy between logistics supply and demand of the two industries. The empirical analysis is mainly reflected in the logistics industry of Banqiao Industrial Park in Rongchang. Manufacturing (mainly electronics and information industry, biotechnology industry, equipment manufacturing industry, deep processing industry of agricultural products, Firstly, the annual data of transportation, warehousing, packaging, loading and unloading of logistics and manufacturing industry are obtained by market stratified sampling survey. Then the paper calculates the coordination degree of supply and demand between the logistics industry and five manufacturing industries in the four functional subsystems by using the grey relation matrix method. Finally, the results are analyzed from the government, the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in the light of an example. Four aspects of investors put forward corresponding suggestions and measures for the coordinated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Rongchang, which is of great significance for the coordinated development of logistics industry and supply and demand of manufacturing industry in Banqiao Industrial Park of Rongchang.
