SL公司汽车天然气发展战略研究

【摘要】:能源是人类社会经济发展和生活的基本条件,在今天的能源市场上,天然气能源已经在世界上引起了各国的关注。随着科学技术的发展,特别是人们对自身生存、生活环境和生活质量提出了更高的质量,天然气作为一种清洁、污染少、高效、高质量、低成本的、理想的生态能源,受到了国际社会的广泛认可,二十一世纪已经进入了“自然气的时代”。从战略的角度来看,天然气工业的发展符合世界能源发展趋势。特别是在现阶段,由于环保的需求,汽车天然气业务已经成为各大石油天然气企业重点争夺的市场。全文首先阐述了本课题的研究背景、目的与意义,介绍了研究所采用的主要内容与研究方法;然后,介绍本课题中所涉及到的战略管理的相关理论。包括企业战略管理的概念及发展,具体包括企业战略管理概念和企业战略管理理论的发展阶段;企业战略管理理论的研究方法,包括peSt分析法、波特五力模型和Swot分析法等;企业战略管理过程;企业发展的战略态势及基本竞争战略,具体包括企业发展的战略态势、企业基本竞争战略和重点集中战略;第三章,SL公司天然气业务概述。主要介绍SL公司业务范围,SL公司愿景、使命和价值观及SL公司总体战略目标和SL公司业务战略目标;第四章,SL公司汽车天然气业务战略环境分析。针对SL公司的汽车天然气业务进行战略环境分析,用peSt分析法和波特五力模型来分析其在各个市场环节、管理体制等方面存在的问题;第五章中阐明了SL公司汽车天然气业务战略选择。对SL公司汽车天然气业务发展战略进行了细致的分析,提出SL公司汽车天然气业务发展战略的实施方案。第六章,对全文进行总结。本文虽然只是针对SL公司的情况展开了分析,但由于研究中所发现的都是共性的问题,将对发展中的中国石油行业和汽车天然气行业的改革,起到一定的借鉴作用,从而促进中国天然气行业的长足发展。SL公司汽车天然气发展战略将为中国石油和天然气企业发展提供一个参考模型。
[Abstract]:Energy is the basic condition for the economic development and life of human society. In today's energy market, natural gas energy has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. With the development of science and technology, especially people's own survival, Living environment and quality of life put forward higher quality, natural gas as a clean, less pollution, high efficiency, high quality, low cost, ideal ecological energy, has been widely recognized by the international community, The 21 century has entered the era of natural gas. From a strategic point of view, the development of the natural gas industry is in line with the trend of energy development in the world. Automobile and natural gas business has become the key market for the major oil and gas enterprises. Firstly, this paper expounds the research background, purpose and significance of this subject, introduces the main contents and research methods adopted by the research institute, and then, This paper introduces the related theories of strategic management in this subject, including the concept and development of enterprise strategic management, including the concept of enterprise strategic management and the development stage of enterprise strategic management theory, the research method of enterprise strategic management theory, and the research method of enterprise strategic management theory. It includes peSt analysis, Porter's five-force model and Swot analysis; the process of enterprise strategic management; the strategic situation and basic competitive strategy of enterprise development, including the strategic situation of enterprise development, the basic competitive strategy and focused strategy of enterprise; The third chapter is an overview of natural gas business of SL Company. It mainly introduces the scope of business of SL Company and the vision, mission and values of SL Company, as well as the overall strategic objectives of SL Company and the Strategic objectives of SL Company. The fourth chapter is about the strategic environment analysis of automobile natural gas business of SL company. The strategic environment analysis of automobile natural gas business of SL company is carried out. The peSt analysis method and Porter's five-force model are used to analyze the strategic environment of automobile natural gas business of SL company in every market link. In the fifth chapter, the strategic choice of automobile natural gas business of SL company is expounded, and the development strategy of automobile natural gas business of SL company is analyzed in detail. The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper. Although this paper is just to analyze the situation of SL company, but because of the common problems found in the research, the paper puts forward the implementation plan of the development strategy of automobile natural gas business of SL Company. It will serve as a reference for the reform of the developing petroleum industry and the automobile and natural gas industry in China. Therefore, to promote the rapid development of China's natural gas industry. SL auto natural gas development strategy will provide a reference model for the development of Chinese oil and gas enterprises.
