中国对欧亚区域的直接投资是否促进了能源进口——基于一带一路产能合作视角

【摘要】：加强产能合作是"一带一路"倡议与欧亚经济联盟对接的重点合作内容。本文运用分位数引力模型方法,研究中国对欧亚区域国家的直接投资是否促进了能源的进口贸易。研究发现,随着中国对欧亚区域国家的直接投资的增加,从欧亚区域国家进口的能源产品的负面弹性呈现增加趋势,表明中国对欧亚区域国家的直接投资与能源进口之间存在显著的替代效应。同时,经济规模、地理距离对中国能源进口贸易影响的实证分析也佐证了理论的正确性。最后,对加强中国对外直接投资与能源贸易良性互动,推进与欧亚区域一带一路的产能合作提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Strengthening productivity cooperation is the key cooperation content of Belt and Road's initiative and Eurasian Economic Union. In this paper, the quantile gravitation model method is used. To study whether China's direct investment in countries in the Eurasian region has promoted the import of energy. The study found that with the increase of Chinese direct investment in the countries of the Eurasian region, The negative elasticity of energy products imported from Eurasian countries shows an increasing trend, indicating that there is a significant substitution effect between China's direct investment in Eurasian countries and energy imports. The empirical analysis of the influence of geographical distance on China's energy import trade also proves the correctness of the theory. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the positive interaction between China's foreign direct investment and energy trade and to promote the cooperation with Belt and Road in Eurasian region.
