建筑绿色供应链绩效评价研究

【摘要】:城市化进程促进了建筑业的发展,借鉴工业生产中的供应链管理模式,建筑业供应链管理逐渐发展起来,成为一种新的管理模式。近年来,绿色理念不断渗透到各行各业,建筑绿色供应链的构建和发展成为建筑业转变运营方式的有效途径之一,于是建筑绿色供应链的绩效评价成为人们关注的重点。目前国内学者从不同角度研究了建筑供应链绩效评价问题,但针对建筑绿色供应链绩效评价的研究还比较少,建筑绿色供应链的实践探索往往超前于理论研究。因此,本论文将从理论上探索建筑绿色供应链绩效的评价方法,为后续建筑绿色供应链发展提供参考和借鉴。论文以建筑绿色供应链为研究对象,对其基础理论进行介绍,根据现有相关研究文献,分析已有的指标体系,并依据评价指标选择原则,建立基于供应链运作、战略目标和绿色绩效的三维绩效评价概念模型,从该模型中归纳总结出绩效指标体系;利用熵权法确定权重,采用灰色聚类分析对其进行了总体评价,在此基础上,通过构建灰色聚类-模糊综合评价的组合评价模型,进一步从不同角度上细化绩效评价结果,从而为建筑绿色供应链绩效评价提供改进和优化策略。通过实证研究,显示出该组合模型的可行性和有效性。实现了从理论上建立起一套可行的绩效评价方法的目标。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization has promoted the development of the construction industry. Using the supply chain management model in industrial production for reference, the supply chain management of the construction industry has gradually developed and become a new management mode.In recent years, the concept of green has continuously penetrated into various industries. The construction and development of green building supply chain has become one of the effective ways for the construction industry to change its operation mode. Therefore, the performance evaluation of construction green supply chain has become the focus of attention.At present, domestic scholars have studied the performance evaluation of architectural supply chain from different angles, but the research on performance evaluation of green supply chain is still relatively few, and the practical exploration of construction green supply chain is often ahead of the theoretical research.Therefore, this paper will theoretically explore the performance evaluation method of architectural green supply chain, and provide a reference for the subsequent development of building green supply chain.This paper introduces the basic theory of building green supply chain, analyzes the existing index system according to the existing research literature, and establishes supply chain operation based on the principle of evaluation index selection.Three dimensional performance evaluation conceptual model of strategic goal and green performance is summed up from the model, the weight is determined by entropy weight method, and the overall evaluation is carried out by grey cluster analysis.By constructing the combined evaluation model of grey clustering and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the results of performance evaluation are further refined from different angles, thus providing the improvement and optimization strategy for the performance evaluation of green supply chain.Through empirical research, the feasibility and effectiveness of the combined model are demonstrated.The goal of establishing a set of feasible performance evaluation methods in theory is achieved.
