匠人精神视角下对中国制造与日本制造的比较研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的迅速发展,越来越多的中国人开始进行海外购物,或者说是境外购物,他们通过互联网搜索海外商品,并且通过电子订单发出购物请求,然后填上私人信用卡号,由海外购物网站通过国际快递发货寄回或者直接出国购买。其中,日本方面的海外购物兴盛于中国消费者,在这一海外购物热潮背后,固然存在一些消费者对日本品牌的盲目信任和崇拜以及对国外品牌国内售价居高不下的不满,但进一步分析,其更深层次的原因是消费者对国内产品质量的不信任。这让我们不得不思考为何日本制造的商品更得中国消费者甚至全世界范围消费者的信赖与推崇,也不得不思考中国制造。单以日本马桶盖这一商品为例,我们就不得不思考:中国制造的马桶盖,为何到了日本就如此深受中国消费者的欢迎?一方面是因为在日本销售的马桶盖在国内没有同型号出售;另一方面是马桶盖的生产标准完全依据日本的相关标准生产,质量要优于国内的同品牌产品。这就涉及到中日两国在商品设计和工艺水平层面的差距,这一差距,不仅体现在技术上,也体现在匠人精神上(在本文中将“全社会潜心工作、不断改进、追求完美、淡泊名利”的精神成为“匠人精神”)。换言之,中国消费者在日本商场里抢购的不是单纯的日本商品,而是日本“匠人精神”指导下的“日本标准”商品,因为这一日本匠人精神下制造的商品质量有保证,这才深受中国消费者的青睐。2016年中国两会政府工作报告提出“培育精益求精的匠人精神。”这是“匠人精神”首次进入政府工作报告,究竟什么是匠人精神,日本的匠人精神又是什么,日本是如何形成了这一精神必然有其文化传统和政府的政策支持。本论文将从匠人精神的视角出发,对日本制造和中国制造进行比较研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, more and more Chinese people begin to make overseas shopping, or overseas shopping, they search overseas goods through the Internet, and send shopping requests through electronic orders.Then fill in the private credit card number, sent by overseas shopping website through international express delivery or directly abroad to buy.Among them, Japan's overseas shopping thrives on Chinese consumers. Behind this overseas shopping boom, there is, of course, some consumers' blind trust and worship of Japanese brands, as well as their dissatisfaction with the high domestic prices of foreign brands.But further analysis, its deeper reason is the consumer to domestic product quality distrust.This makes us wonder why Japanese-made goods are more trusted and respected by Chinese consumers and even consumers around the world, and why they are made in China.Take the Japanese toilet lid as an example, we have to think: made in China, why to Japan so popular with Chinese consumers?On the one hand, it is because the toilet lid sold in Japan is not sold in the same model at home; on the other hand, the production standard of the toilet lid is completely based on the relevant standards of Japan, and the quality is superior to that of the domestic products of the same brand.This involves the gap between China and Japan in the level of commodity design and technology, which is reflected not only in technology but also in the spirit of the craftsman.The spirit of indifference to fame and fortune has become the spirit of the craftsman.In other words, what Chinese consumers are rushing to buy in Japanese shopping malls is not pure Japanese goods, but "Japanese standard" goods under the guidance of the Japanese "craftsmen spirit", because the quality of the goods manufactured under the Japanese craftsmen spirit is guaranteed.The 2016 report on the work of the two sessions of China's National people's Congress put forward "cultivating the spirit of craftsmen who strive for excellence."This is the first time that "the spirit of the craftsmen" has entered the government work report. What is the spirit of the craftsmen, what is the spirit of the craftsmen in Japan, and how Japan has formed this spirit must have its cultural tradition and the policy support of the government.From the perspective of craftsman spirit, this thesis makes a comparative study on Japanese and Chinese manufacture.
